JIMMY POV:

I knelt down in front of the small bath tub, placing my hands on the white porcelain material. Thoughts of how this would end my life raced my mind. Adam placed his hand on my shoulder and gave me a reassuring squeeze. Whoever or whatever this person or thing was that controlled us was successfully frightening me. Stem rose from the hot water as Seth twisted the glass knob, stopping the water.

"That should be enough," Seth grabbed a towel and placed it on his shoulder. "When the two minutes are up, we're getting your ass out of that water, trust me."

*BUZZ*

"What the hell does this thing want know?" Sasha rolled her eyes. "Where did that buzz come from?"

The rest mumbled around, not knowing where the noise came from until my twin slowly pulled out his phone. "I-It's mine."

Jey slowly opened his phone and read a text message to himself. The color in his face instantly vanished as his eyes slowly turned to mine. I knew this thing had another trick up its sleeve.

"What did it say?" Liv cocked an eyebrow and grabbed Jey's phone. Her eyes widened as the color of her face vanished as well. "It w-wants J-Jey to hold y-you under for the t-two minutes."

All eyes ran back and forth between my brother and I. There was a moment where I felt a small feeling of relief. I knew he wasn't going to accept the offer; he couldn't possibly be a part of drowning his own flesh and blood."

"It wants me to not let go," Jey slowly knelt beside me and wrapped his arms around me. Tear drops fell onto my shoulder which removed my feeing of relief. "If I let go before the timer is up, it'll force you to go up five minutes."

My heart and body sank into my brother. I nodded my head and tried to give a reassuring smile. "Don't worry about it, bro. I'm gonna survive this. It won't kill me."

"I've got my timer on two minutes," Sasha whispered and held her phone up. I grasped onto the sides of the tub and took a deep breath. "One..two..three..go!"

Jey grabbed ahold of my hair and held me under the water. Instinctively, I tried to fight back. Bubbles began to race around me as I tried my best to hold in my breath for a certain amount of time and switch to breathing. The time seemed to pass by forever.

I lowly heard that 30 seconds passed by. Memories began to flash before my eyes. No! I can't die now! I have too much to live for; I've got so much to do! Pictures of my brother and I playing in the back yard with my father filled my eyes. These moments with my twin were the greatest moments in our lives. I couldn't let go; I had to fight back.

My eyes swiftly began to become blurry as I heard a loud voice say that I only had 30 seconds left. I could do this; I could hold on! There wasn't anything stopping me now. However, everything became fuzzy and dark. I felt my body slowly begin to release. 10 seconds were left as I slowly counted those moments down...down...down...

AUTHOR'S POV:

"Five seconds!" Adam screamed and jumped up and down. "He's gonna do it!"

A buzzing noise went off, signaling the two minutes were up. Jey swiftly pulled his brother's head out of the water and laid his body in front of his own. Jimmy's eyes were closed shut as his twin opened Jimmy's mouth, allowing the large amount of water to flow out.

"Bro!" Jey slapped Jimmy's cheek, but there was no response. Jimmy's body seemed lifeless which caused everyone's heart begin to race. "Wake up! Please wake up!"

Seth grabbed Jimmy's body and laid it on the floor. "We gotta perform CPR! He can't die!"

Seth began to perform the action as tears began to fall from Jey's eyes. Numbness slowly took over his body as water began to spit up from Jimmy's mouth, but he wasn't responding.
