It seems no one had noticed that SWAT Officer Owen Pascal was missing. Commander Gronnebeck got his troops back to their station but didn't take notice that one was missing. Meanwhile, Sheriff Crawford had all four of his criminals locked up in jail cells in the County Sheriff's Department. There were only seven jail cells in the building and four of them were all taken up by the attempted robbers who were all lying on their stomachs on the cots in a strict hogtie. When Crawford's deputies, Officers Michael Douglas and Patrick Nelson, brought the four individuals in in handcuffs, Crawford had ordered his deputies to get some rope and restrain each of them in a hogtie on their cots. At first, one of the criminals - a 30 year old Bruno Garibay, protested against the Sheriff's restraining methods. As Bruno struggled in his hogtie and cursed at the Sheriff, Crawford got a stern look on his face and narrowed his eyes, "You want a gag in that mouth, boy?" he asks in a low intimidating voice. Bruno was getting ready to open his mouth and protest against the gag but decided against it as they were being held in a rural Jail Cell. There was no help or other legal regulations coming to save them. So Bruno lied his head down on the cot and kept quiet, "That's what I thought" Sheriff Crawford added. Gathering his two deputies, Crawford offers the two a cup of coffee and the three law enforcers leave the jail cell area.
Once the steel door closed and locked behind the Sheriff, the four hogtied criminals managed to lift their heads up and look at each other through the bars of their cells. Peter Schline, who was typically called "Schlime-Bag" among his fellow captive friends and by the cops as well, began struggling in his binds as he started to whine. "Man this is so fucked up, how the hell did I let you guys convince me to help with this robbery!?" Peter exclaims. James Rush, also called "Zoomer", lifts his head from his cot and yanks on the ropes that connect his hands to his feet but couldn't get loose, "You lying fuck! This was just as much of your idea as it was ours!" he shouts. The fourth hogtied prisoner, Gus Newby, also called "Gusty", lifted his head from his cot and chipped in, "Shut the fuck up, you idiots! What are we gonna do about it now!? We're all locked up and not just locked up, but fucking hogtied like animals!" he says. At this point, all four prisoners go silent and they all lie their heads back down on their cots.
Just a few minutes later, Sheriff Crawford unlocks the steel door to the jail cell area and steps in, followed by Officer Douglas and Officer Nelson. Sheriff Crawford had that devious smile on his face as he was puffing off a cigarette. His deputies were both carrying more rope, "So, you gentlemen like to be loud, huh? Well don't you boys worry, I got a solution to fix that!" Sheriff Crawford exclaims gleefully in a twisted manor. As Officer Douglas goes to unlock the two cells on the left, Officer Nelson goes to unlock the two cells on the right. Crawford just leans up against an unused cell and watches while taking drags from his cigarette, "Alright deputies, you know what to do!" Crawford says. Officer Nelson enters Bruno Garibay's cell first and firmly grabs hold of Bruno's boots as he yanks them off his feet, "Hey, Hey! What the fuck is this?" Bruno yelled angrily. The cops ignored him as Officer Nelson tossed the boots to the cement floor and rapidly began stripping Bruno of his white socks. Deputy Nelson rolled Bruno's socks into a tight ball and stuffed them into his mouth, "MMMMMPPPPHHH!" Bruno screamed. But Deputy Nelson only laughed at the muffled sounds. Taking the extra rope they brought in, Deputy Nelson ties the rope around Bruno's head a few times so the sock would be held tightly into his mouth. Sheriff Crawford gave Officer Nelson the thumbs up and then pointed at James Rush's cell. Nelson exited Bruno's cell and locked him back inside, Bruno was screaming through his sockgag as he struggled angrily, his face turning red and the veins in his neck popping out. Crawford only laughs and took another drag from his cigarette. James shook his head as Officer Nelson entered his cell, "No, No, No! Please I'll be quiet! I'll cooperate, you don't have to do this!" James pleads. But it only fed into Sheriff Crawford's twisted desires as he ignored James's cries. Officer Nelson yanked James's shoes off before stripping him of his socks and rolling them into a ball. Just like with Bruno, Officer Nelson stuffed James's mouth and sealed the sock inside with the extra rope. As James and Bruno both screamed and struggled in their bindings and gags, Officer Nelson closed James back up in his cell and locked it up. Officer Douglas was almost finished sock-gagging Peter and Gus when Gus made the mistake of biting the Officer's hand when he tried to stuff the socks in. Crawford immediately tossed his cigarette to the ground and stomped on it before marching into Gus's cell. Sheriff Crawford grabbed Gus firmly by the chin and violently shoved the dirty socks deep into his throat, "ALRIGHT DEPUTY NOW SEAL IT IN THERE, COME ON!" Crawford screamed. Officer Douglas hesitated for a brief moment before grabbing the rope and rapidly tying it around Gus's mouth as tightly as he could. Once Gus was finally silenced, Sheriff Crawford grabbed him by his hair and held onto it as tight as he could until Gus whimpered, "Don't you ever think about gettin' clever like that again, you hear me!?" he shouted before smacking Gus on the head and exiting the cell. Officer Douglas follows close behind Crawford as he locks the cell with the keys. Looking around at all four bound and gagged criminals, Sheriff Crawford then did something bizarre. He began to look at the soles of each of the criminal's feet as they were exposed in the air in the hogtie. Bruno seemed to have the biggest soles and Sheriff Crawford had an idea, "I may have a new torture method in mind for you gentlemen, so don't go anywhere" he says with a wink before exiting the jail cell area. All four hogtied, gagged, and barefoot criminals lied their heads back down on their cots and kept quiet for (believe it or not) the remainder of the night.
