Two days later they were packed and ready to go to the mainland, the flight for Bella was horrible, she kept vomiting and being dizzy. The only thing she was able to keep down was ginger ale, apple slices, and dry toast.
She was relieved when they finally landed, he called their driver to come to pick them up in the limo so that Bella could lie down. She felt better before they arrived so she sat up and just rested her head on Edward's shoulder.
"Daddy You back!" Eduarda said running towards them, it was the first time Bella saw Edward's oldest child, at the wedding she just saw a glimpse of her. She was like a girl version of Edward, she had his hair and his eyes. She was beautiful, "hello whore," she said to Bella, Bella gasped, and Edward looked up from his daughter to Jessica and gave her a stern look.

"What was that sweetie?" he said.
"Hello Ishalela," she replied.
"Hello Eduarda," she replied with a smile.
Edward opened the bag he'd placed on the floor and took out what they had brought her, a Hawaii costume set, some cups and plates, and a Hawaiian doll that had the same color of hair as her along with some candy they bought at the Dole factory when they had the tour.
"Thank you, Daddy," she said taking her presents and running back to her room.
"Isabella, go to our room, I'll be there in a little bit," he said kissing her temple.
He waited until she was gone, "you teach my daughter to disrespect the women in this house?" he asked her calmly.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Jessica replied.
"The fuck you do, do not teach my daughter to be disrespectful Jessica!" he said.
"Is that what you call Tanya too?" he asked Jessica just looked at him and stayed quiet.
"Great, that's just great!" he said.
Jessica rushed to hug him and bury her face in his neck, she wanted to smell him.

"I missed you," she said letting a few tears escape, Edward caved and hugged her back. He pressed his lips to hers and kissed her quickly.
"I'm sorry Edward, I'm so sorry," she said.
"Please just don't teach our daughter those words, I want her to be nice," he said.
"Yes, Edward" Jessica replied.
He gave her one last kiss and went to his room to tend to Bella, she was splayed on the bed asleep both hands on her stomach. It was morning, so he invited everyone for dinner to tell them the news. Tanya was a bit more welcoming when she returned from her walk with the twins, she let them on the bed with Bella while she went to kiss her husband.
"I missed you, Darling," she said.
"Ditto," he replied smiling.
"You came back earlier than planned, does that mean that..." she whispered.
Edward just looked at her but didn't reply, a smile crept on her face and she went back into his room.
"Congratulations," she said hugging Bella.
"You told her?" she asked.
"No, she's a master at deduction" he laughed.
Everyone was excited when Edward and Bella shared the news at dinner.
Three days later...
Bella was still feeling nauseous and could barely keep anything down, Tanya had been taking care of her while Edward was at work. The only thing that seemed to make her feel better was tea, so she ordered the cook at the main house to make her some four times a day and bring it to her. She would help Bella drink it. that had been going on for the past three days, but Bella hadn't improved, she was now feverish and would sleep a lot.

Both Tanya and Edward were worried so he was taking her to the hospital later today, he was anxious since he left the house this morning a feeling of dread perched on his chest as if something bad was going to happen.
He wasn't wrong, soon enough his phone rang a frantic Tanya talked to him.
"Please darling come quick, come quick, I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry," she cried.
"What's going on?" he asked standing up and heading towards the door.
"It's Bella, she had a seizure," she said.
"EDWARD PLEASE COME, SHE'S BLEEDING!" that was the last thing he heard as the call cut off.
