Van and Vandeski sat on top of a small hill a bit beyond the fields they lived on with the other cats. The two sibling cats laughed and smiled at eachother until Vandeski looked down and saw bunch of other cats, all strangely grouped up.
"Hey, Van? I think we should go back down.." she muttered.
Van stared at her for a second and then asked; "But why?"
Vandeski stared and thought to find a good excuse, "I mean like.. Everyone else are down there, strangely grouped up, y'know.." she finally replied awkwardly. "B-but why.." Van complained. Vandeski grabbed her brother's chin with one paw as Van complained.
"Because, what if something important is happening down there." Vandeski snapped, annoyed by her brother's attitude. Van stared and still looked annoyed but he finally sighed; "Fine.."
The two siblings smoothly climbed down from the hill they were on and went over to the group. "What on earth is going on here?" Vandeski demanded. N.F turned her head to Vandeski and replied; "We saw something fly in the air, but it couldn't be a bird, it was cat-sized!"
"Oh, thanks for telling me, Nor." Vandeski replied, dipping her head as in thanks.
Tiffanie turned her head to N.F and Vandeski and hissed; "Shut your muzzles! We're looking for the flying thing!"
Vandeski was surprised by Tiffanie's aggressive tone but she did 'shut her muzzle' according to Tiffanie's words. Vandeski decided to look up and look for this 'flying cat-sized thing' until she saw a shadow fly above her. The others were right.
"I saw it!" Vandeski decided to yowl. The other cats approached her and asked tons of questions
"Ooh! What did it look like?" "Did you really see it?" "Was it a cat?"
"It really looked like a cat and i couldn't see how it looked like due to the shadows and.. I saw it with my own eyes." Vandeski admitted. "That's so cool, sis!" Van meowed.
"Hiya! I believe your friend Vandeski was right!" a voice called.
Everyone looked up to see a calico cat floating in the air, Vandeski gasped. I-is this real?!
"Who are you?!" Cymric snarled. Cymric was the cat whom was the closest to this mysterious calico cat. "My name is Calico!" the calico she-cat purred. "Also.. Don't snarl at me." she hissed. Vandeski gasped as Cymric was lifted into the air with a strange pale green force, and thrown onto the ground.
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM?!" R.B yowled, trying to not growl.
"Oh, he's fine." Calico soothed.
"Can you leave now?" Tonkinese called out from the group. Calico stared at Tonkinese and shook her head. "But.. Don't you all want this?" Calico asked. "Want what?" Van asked from the crowd.
"This power." Calico answered. "I want it so badly!" Van whispered to Vandeski. "Yeah me too, but just stay quiet to not end up like Cymric." Vandeski whispered back.
Many of the cats yowled about wanting the power, only about 4 cats looked unsurely at eachother.
Cymric lifted his head and asked; "Power..? I want some.. power.."
Cymric sounded really tired and dizzy, but his head did hit the ground kind of hard. "That's great!" Calico mewed, sounding excited. "This power comes from this special type of catnip! Only i have it at the moment though. But.. You could get it if you win a long competiton." she continued.
"So are we battling for your power now?" Manx asked from the crowd. Calico flew higher up and mewed; "You all sure are!"
"But first.." Calico cut herself off mysteriously
