as-kya huwa,tum koi jawab kyu nahi de rahe ho?(he asked with a straight voice)

raj-achanak se tum yeh sawal kyu puch rahe ho(he asked with a smug smile.)tumne aur Haseena ne bola isli.....(Anubhav didn't allow Raj to complete his statement)

as-tum ek kavi ho,tumhari shanti,your silence,is also a very beautiful language,yet mysterious.Tumhare tarah bolna,hume nahi aata,na baatein ghumana aata hain.Lekin ek kahani hain,jo hume pata hain,Mahabharat ke kathaon main se ek hain.Kahi baar kahi logone usse dohraya hain.Duryodhan ki patni Bhanumati aur unke ghanisht mitr Karna,ek din shatranj khel rahe the.Jab wah dono shatranj khel rahe the tab achanak se Duryodhan waha pohonch gaye.Unhe yoon achanak dekh,Bhanumati khadhi ho gayi.Khel beech main chod ke ja rahi hain yeh soch kar,Karn ne Bhanumati ka haath pakad liye,unhe rokne hetu.Lekin kyunki Karna baithe the aur Bhanumati khadi thi,Karn ki pakad Bhanumati ke haath ke bajaye,unke motiyon wali kamarbandh(waistchain) pe ja pada.Pakad mazboot hone ke wajah se,kamarbandh ke motiyaan toot ke bikhar gayi har jagah.Tabh Karn ki nazar Duryodhan par padi.Woh boukhla gaye.Unka param mitr unhe galat samjhega yeh soch kar woh dar gaye.Lekin joh Duryodhan ne uske baad kaha,woh un dono ko hi ashcharyachakith kar diya.Unhone kaha "yeh motiyan hum uthakar,inhe phir piroyenge,Bhanumati ke liye".Yeh kehkar woh motiyan uthane lage.Utna bharosa tha Duryodhan ko Karn par aur utna hi,yaah usse kahi zyada bharosa unhe Bhanumati par bhi tha.Humari heer Bhanumati hain iss kahani ki,yeh hume gyat hain.Hume Duryodhan banna hi aata hain,lekin(suddenly turning towards Raj raising his voice,Anubhav asked)kya tum Karn ban sakte ho?

Now Raj got to what was this story leading to,he understood what's more in his line now.

as-nahi ban sakte na,hum jante the(he replied with a sad smile)kyunki utna ganda,utna maila ho gaya hain tumhara hriday.

Raj could no longer meet his eyes with Anubhav.Walking past Raj,Anubhav spoke

as-uss din bonfire ke wakt tumne jo gana gaya Heer ke saath milkar,woh hume laga ki tumne humare liye gaya tha,lekin hum galat the.Tumne toh woh sirf Heer ke liye gaya tha,yeh baat ab hume samaj aayi.Gloves ko apne haathon se ponch rahe the toh socha ki tum usse dhool jhad rahe ho,lekin apne man main tum Heer ko sehla rahe the,woh ab samaj aaya.Yahi cliff se jab humne unhe sirf mazak main  dhakelne ka abhinay kiya,toh tum cheekh pade.Tum unhe kho na do,yahi dar tha tumhe tab.Haina?(Raj instantly looked at Anubhav,but soon downcasted his eyes,not being able to look into his eyes.Anubhav again gave a sad smile,speaking ahead)

as-jiss Raj ko hum jante the,tum woh nahi rahe ab.Tum jante ho,hume Haseena se mille huwe pure 5 saal ho gaye,aur inn paanch saalon main humne unse kabhi bhi,koi bhi baat nahi chupayi hain.Hum zara phisal gaye,toh woh jaan jati hain.Lekin kal,kal subah,unse apni dil ki baat chupane ke liye,humne kitni mehnat ki pata hain tumhe.Humse nahi ho pata unse kuch bhi chipana.Phir bhi,tumhari wajah se yeh baat chipayi humne.Lekin phir ek baar unhone humse pucha,toh hum unhe bata denge,sab kuch sach sach,ki tum man hi man,unhe chahne lage ho.Humne agar yeh baat unse keh di,toh tum kis shakal se unhe dekhoge?Nafrat karne lagengi woh tumse.Lekin humari heer hain hi aisi,unhe nafrat bhi nibhana nahi aata,sirf aur sirf pyar karna aata hain.Kal hum yaha se wapas laut rahe hain.Ghar pohonchte hi,tum Mumbai ke liye ravana ho jana,aur phir kabhi na mile,yahi duwa karte hain hum.

Finally once he completed saying all this,he left a long sigh and then moved very near to the cliff,with his camera,in order to take the pictures of the scenic beauty.While Raj stood there,feeling defeated,lost,not knowing what to do.He looked at Anubhav who was standing at the cliff end.Didn't knew,when,why,how.But he made his mind to do this.Forgetting that the one who was standing in front of him was his best friend,was the one who was with him since younger ages,who admired him alot.But they say-love-when in form of obsession-means nothing but destruction,evilness,no relations,but only rage,anger,revenge,and to defeat the one in front of you.

Raj gave a deadly smirk and inserting the key into the jeep,he removed the hand-break.The jeep started moving ahead in direction of Anubhav.By the time Anubhav realsied that there was something coming towards him,he was taken aback,by seeing the jeep coming towards him and before he could move any step away,the jeep hit him.And the jeep fell off the cliff after hitting Anubhav.

Raj ran away from there as soon as he saw the jeep falling down the cliff.Reaching Anuseena's room,he slowly opened the door,as it was not locked.He entered inside,only to find a craddle on which a card was stuck which read 

"You're going to become a father"

And as soon as Haseena heard the door open,she smiled blushingly and played their recorder that said:

"Haan anu,aap papa banne wale hain aur hum ma.Humare ghar ek chota,chota,bohot hi pyara sa chota Anu ya choti Heer aane wali hain"

Then there was a break,while Raj was shocked by the news that he just got.After that short break the recorder again said.

"Gussa mat kijiye,hume bhi abhi kuch der pehle hi pata chala.Aap khush haina Anu.Theek hain,hume kya denge tohfe main,hum bataye,humare paas aake,hume kaske gale lagake,ek deep,deep,deep kisssssss."[while this was playing,Haseena was standing all this time,with her back facing the door,so she didn't realise that it was Raj and not her Anu.She blushed,bitting her nails,while all this was being heard.]

"denge na aap hume gift.Humare pyare Anu hain na aap."

But even then when she heard no response,no movement,she turned with the smile,only to find Raj standing there.She peeped behind him,with an hope to find her Anu.But he was no where to be seen.That's when she noticed that Raj was stealing glances from her.She felt something to be not right.Her heart palpitated at the very thought of something wrong that had happened to her Anu.The uneasy feeling,that she had told to about to Anu,again crept up her heart,turning it cold.

raj-ek...ek ac..acciden...accident ho gaya(he answered her unasked question.Fumbling,cause he was not able to face her now.)

hm-a...aaa..aanu(she questioned with the very least ounce of hope left in her heart,only to get to know that yes her Anu was safe,and that he would come to his Heer.But)

raj-woh jeep....I'm sorry(he replied,again fumbling,not seeing straight,but his eyes were downcasted.)

While Haseena felt her world just breaking down,shattering into pieces,finding it difficult to trust her ears.Not wanting to believe anything that Raj said to be true.Wanting all this to be a dream and that this dream just breaks when she just blinks her eyes.

hm-NNOOO.

She shouted and suddenly felt her world roaming,she felt a sudden blackout and she fainted,falling onto the ground.With her fall,the cradle to fell down and the card that was attached to it "You're going to become a father" floated in the air,coming down slowly.
