The luscious green grass dances with the wind on the hill. The wind whispers, "Come play," as it passes by the ears of innocent little children clinging by their parent's side. Their parents, busy talking amongst themselves of the current trends and political issues arising in the nation.

And there was I, sitting on top of the hill. Observing, observing.

What was I observing?

I scanned the fields, the waters, the horizons, the sky. What was I observing?

A tiny creature was captured in the corner of my eye. Small, tiny, dark creature, was that it?

No. What was I observing?

I turned my gaze to the dark clump of trees that seemed to be begging me to enter it. It whispers, "Come, let's play." The wind said the same thing but felt different, was this it?

Following my curiosity I went to the entrance of the forest, I looked back to the laughter of the children once more and went inside the trees.

A cold breeze hugged my figure as I entered the forest. There were soft whispers from trees and birds that reached my ears. Then, a distinct, "Come" was heard. I turned, and turned, and turned. What was it?

"Come." There.

I chased the voice, deeper, deeper and deeper into the forest. The surroundings became darker, and darker, and darker.

"Come." There it is again, where? Where is it?

I continued to run, run, and run. Until. A clearing. A field. Somber. Fear. Darkness. Gloom. Death. What is this?

I tried to run back but the path was different. The forest was different, leaves were nowhere to be found, the voices and echoes of critters, wind and birds were... gone. The voice was gone.

I crouched, focused. I held my head. Countless thoughts into my head.

"Come, let's play." The voice! Where is it?

Up ahead, there's a light figure. Who is it? It's walking away. It's running. Wait!

I followed it, and ran with all my might. The figure ran, as if accompanied by the breeze, it ran smoothly. But then it vanished. I followed it and ran straight into an invisible wall. What is it?

I tried to push, punch and hit it with a rock but none. Another figure was then seen from inside the wall. It was first as bright as the sun, and then it dimmed, showing the distinct features of the figure. It was familiar. She was familiar. It was someone I know. It was. It was... It was...me? Why?

"Go." It- She- I said. What?

I was back to the fields once more. With the sun hitting my skin, and I shivered as the cold breeze hugged me. Huh, I didn't feel that before.

NO.
