Ethan out a small laugh. 'How are you feeling?'

'Well i just got stabbed twice in the same place but overall i'm feeling very, Good!'

Ethan's face went back into regretful state.

'Listen Y/n'

'No Ethan, you don't have to apologize.'

'Listen to me please.'

I adjusted myself to listen to Ethan.

'I'm sorry for the pain i've caused you, for putting you here in this hospital bed. You and everyone else. For Anika.'

A clump in my throat formed as soon as he admitted.

'I've caused chaos, deaths, injuries, & i wish i could take it all back & start all over. That's why...'

He paused for a brief moment.

'That's why what Landry?'

'I've turned myself into the police.'

I let out a gasp, 'You What?!'

'Ethan, i know you committed all this i know, but you were manipulated by your dad. This isn't completely your fault!'

'I know, That's why i agreed to be put into a Mental institution program to help me through this, and how i was taken advantage of mentally.'

I let out a sigh breath and took his hands with mine.

'I'm gonna be there for you throughout every step.'

His fully tensed body soon relaxed when he heard that. 'Y/n.'

'Hm?'

'Fuck, it.'

I furrowed my eyebrows when suddenly i feel his lips connect with mine.

I was kissing Ethan Landry.

We both pulled apart at the same time as he caressed my cheek, 'Thank you for caring.'

'Of Course, Landry basket' I smirked until i realized. 'Wait, That's not your last name...'

'I'll keep it like that. That way i don't have to be associated as a Kirsch.'

Our conversation was interrupted by the door opening.

'Mindy!' I exclaimed.

'Y/n! Are you okay?'

Mindy made her way to the opposite side of the bed & hugged me carefully, then noticed Ethan.

'Mr.Ex GhostFace who saved my best friend's life but still stabbed my girlfriend & brother which means i still hate you but saved a life.'

'Uhm, I'll leave you two to it.' Ethan awkwardly said as he stood up & kissed my forehead making his way out.

'Mindy.'

'No let me talk.'

'Why isn't anyone letting me talk today!' I sighed.

'I heard what Ethan did. He turned himself in, something a Killer would never ever ever and i mean eve-'

'Mindy i get it' I interrupted.

'Ever! Done.' Mindy exclaimed.

'Which means he wants to change for the better and for you. I mean for someone to change and kill his own sister & betray his family, mentally it's hard, but he made the right choice by seeking for professional help.'

'It doesn't mean i forgive him for Anika & Chad. But i also try to understand his point of view, What i'm trying to say is, I really do hope he changes for the better & whenever he's ready to proof himself again completely, Healthy. We'll always welcome him back Y/n.'

'Thank you Minds, seriously. I know it doesn't completely justify his actions but i do hope he gets the help he needs, making him change for the better.'

6 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩𝘴 𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳,

I visited Ethan everyday right after his sessions accompanying him. Being the only one he has now. He admitted to the group he was the one who stabbed me that day. Making them all rethink they're decisions but i reassured them. That was his realization into his mistakes.

Ethan never said it out-loud throughout the months but he 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 Y/n, The girl would always be there for him at the exact same time, She always try to cheer him up, eat together, play games, & watch shows with the limited time of visitation time they had. Whenever she was busy with her therapy, he would miss her a lot. He wishes nothing but for the best for them in the future.

Ethan has been wanting to ask Y/n out for a while now, But hasn't done it due to him wanting it to be romantic & in a better place than where he was now.

The day came. Ethan could finally come home.

The group had already visited Ethan a few times also with his counselor explaining the damage he had caused & being mind-fooled into nonsense by his own father which they comprehended, causing them into forgiving him slowly.

We had all moved to the same apartment complex. I had gotten my own apartment waiting for Ethan these past months, while Tara & Chad got theirs a few months ago along with Sam & Danny, leaving Mindy with her own little apartment as well.

Chad offered to go pick up Ethan, forgiving his ex-roommate for stabbing him multiple times, Chad knew he couldn't hate him forever & wanted to make amends.

I waited patiently for Ethan to pull up. I had set a welcome back dinner as well re-decorated the whole apartment for him to feel comfortable in his new home.

I hear the signature knock on my door meaning.

𝐇𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞.

I quickly jumped out the sofa and took a deep breath approaching the door unlocking all the locks we had in the old apartment, meeting the same golden brown eyes.

'Hi'
