We lay out our scene at the beginning.
After an incident in King's Landing, the beast Moonfyre is sent to Dragonstone where he is locked in a cave. His rider, Prince Aerion Targaryen, is sent to live as a ward under the care of Prince Daemon Targaryen. The King hopes that by sending his grandsire away, the Queen's hatred for him will dissolve over time.
While his great-uncle teaches him to wield a blade, Aerion discovers within himself a feeling of anger, despite his gentle nature. And whether Aerion is born a killer, the title of Kinslayer is one that he begins to mold himself into.
