"You must be cahaya?" Cyclone said softly as he step forward, cahaya looked at him and nodded softly "and you are?"

Taufan pushed down the feeling of bitterness and said "I'm taufan your older brother, I was born second" Taufan gave a little chuckle

"It's nice to meet you" Taufan said a little shaky, he was about to hug cahaya but cahaya step back

"Likewise" Cahaya said formally before looking at the others with a questioning glace

"My name is gempa, I'm the third oldest, this is halilintar our eldest" Gempa pointed at the boy who was hiding his eyes with a cap, "and this is api and ice"

He pointed at the boy with a short sleeve firey jacket and then a guy with a winter coat

"And this is-" "Duri!" Duri said coming close to cahaya and taking his hand, cahaya was surprised but duri just smiles

"I'm your last older brother!" Duri said with a smile but cahaya returned an awkward one, he carefully took his hand back and looked away

Duri's smile fell

Cahaya looked at the gang up and down making them squirm

"He's definitely their brother" The gang thought as they felt cahaya's firm eyes on them

"Hi! My name is yaya and this is ying" Yaya said introducing her and her best friend who gave her signature salute

"This is fang!" The purple boy looked at him and their eyes met, none seemed to be intimidated by the other

"And Gopal" For the first time Gopal didn't say anything, he sense the tension and does not want to be involved

Cahaya looked at yaya's school uniform "you are all from rintis high?"

"Uh huh!" Gopal said scratching the back of his head

"Huh" Cahaya whispered and just like that the atmosphere change, he gave a sharp glare at Gopal who froze "interesting"

"Excuse me?" Ice said but cahaya just looked at him not saying a word

"So cahaya! How have you been?" Gempa said trying to strike a conversation

"Fine"

That was his answer and just like that the conversation stopped

"I think cahaya is just tired after all he just got back" Tok aba said "why don't you guys bring him home and show him his room"

"Yes tok" Gempa said with a smile "let's go cahaya" He offers his hand

Cahaya looked at it before choosing to ignore it

"T-that little" Blaze said irritated, smoke was coming out of his hand but ice stopped him

"Calm down, remember we can't let him know about our super powers yet" Ice said making blaze calm down a little "alright now let's go"

"So this is your room!" Duri said as he showed their shared room

"I'm sharing a room?" Cahaya asked making duri freeze "I'm not use to sharing my room"

"Oh" Duri deflated a little "it's okay I can just move to blaze and ice room for the time being" Duri said with a smile trying to look comforting

"That's a good idea" Cahaya said cooly making duri a little nervous, this was not what he expected at all

"I'll go and tour around a bit to give you time to pack your stuff" Cahaya said before leaving

"Ok" Duri said a little sadly but he shook his head and forced a smile

It's alright, he's still adjusting

It'll get better

Cahaya sighed as he went to the backyard, this.. Everything... He hates it

He hates change

This was all too much to take in

"Why?" He asked "what are you trying to prove mama"

He didn't get it, his mom made it very clear that she didn't want him to associate with his father's side of the family

Cahaya sighed, his mind is lost

"What are you doing here?" A voice saud, cahaya turned around to see a boy with the winter coat

What's his name again? Api?

"Just for fresh air" Cahaya answered "you?"

"Everyone's looking for you" Ice said with tired eyes, cahaya tried to see something from his eyes but all he saw is tiredness

"Yeah right" Cahaya whispered making ice tilt his head confusingly "what was that?"

"Nothing, I'll come inside in a minute" Cahaya said turning his back on ice

Silence....

"We get this is all new to you, but that doesn't excuse your behavior" Ice suddenly said making cahaya look at him again "I beg you pardon? "

"Your attitude, fix it" Ice said turning around, cahaya clenched his jaw as ice walks back inside

"And, we're glad your home, we missed you" Ice said without turning around, he went inside and closed the door

Cahaya was surprised, he didn't know what to feel, did the guy just insulted him? Or comforted him?

"They're weird" Cahaya said before shaking his head before taking out his phone, a picture of him and his mother

His mother was sitting on a chair with a blank expression while cahaya stood behind her mirroring her face

He clenched his hand

"You guys are ten years too late"
