I sighed in relief after hearing Jiwoo was okay. We only had ten minutes until lunch, so I decided to put my head down and take a nap.
Which was a mistake because I started getting flashbacks about my mother and now when dad would beat us.
Unknowingly, tears were flowing down the side of my face onto the desk. The bell rang, and I jolt out of thought, looking up to see concerned looks on the boys' faces.
Realizing I had tear stains on my cheeks and I small puddle on the desk, I quickly wiped them away, acting like nothing happened.
