Root Beer Float with an I Love You On Top

Bella seen there was vanilla ice cream and ran inside the house and came back out with some cups and she dug some root beer soda out of the cooler and got to work. She scooped some of the vanilla ice cream into a cup and poured root beer over it, I walked over and asked her what she was doing and she told me she was making root beer floats then handed me the one she made and put a straw and a spoon in it "Try it" I took it and tried it and loved it "This is so good!" She laughed "You've got foam on your nose" I blushed and got a napkin and wiped my nose off. She then offered them to the others and they gathered around as they wanted to try them to. She handed one to Luka "Oh yeah do not eat or drink them to fast or you'll get what I like to call brain freeze and it's very unpleasant until it passes" Lilac pointed at me "You mean like that?" Bella looked over and seen my reaction to eating ice cream to fast "Yes just like that" Right as I recovered from my brain freeze Marc had drank his root beer rather fast and the carbonation built up way to fast in his stomach so he let out a monster burp that had everyone stop what they were doing and look at him, he blushed "Excuse me, I drank my soda to fast" We all told him he was excused and yes he was shocked that he wasn't told he was disgusting for that, I just told him it's a bodily function and everyone does it and right as I said that Bella's dad let out a burp that rivaled Marc's everyone burst into a fit of laughter. I drank my soda and burped as well "See, everyone does it" Bella sat her cup down "What are we doing have a burping contest?" Nathan ran over to us "It just came out the other end on the dog" Bella burst out laughing "Yes my dog is also a fart machine, depending on what eats but again it's a bodily function" Luka had us laughing when he said that we all know what farting contest ends up with. Juleka looked at her brother "I have never seen you use your sense of humor before, just your music metaphors" He looks at his sister "Lilac has taught me the power of laughter and that it's ok to joke around" Lilac nods "Laughter is the best medicine after all" Bella's dad put some extra stuff in the cooler by the grill and said he had to go check on some auctions he was watching but since it was getting late that the others were welcome to stay the night and they all jumped on that one as they had brought extra clothes with them. Chloe walked over and thanked both me and Bella for the second chance and for our friendship and we told her she was welcome and just to keep on her best behavior we even reminded her that Ladybug and Cat Noir had filled us in on what happened when I turned into Heartbreaker and that we heard she got a second chance as Queen Bee, that since she earned Ladybug's trust back we were pretty sure she had earned Cat Noir and Nightshade's trust back as well and she would return as Queen Bee and she does later when my dickface of a father akumatizes Bella's dad. Bella hands Chloe a root beer float "To friendship!" Chloe takes it "Yes, to friendship!" Sabrina comes over and is given a root beer float as well. I told them I'd be back and went and talked to Bella's dad about something and then when I came back I went and got Luka and talked to him. Luka nods and get Juleka to go with him to get my keyboard for me. I sat down with my phone and looked up the lyrics to the song "Lady" by Styx as her dad said that was one her favorite oldies band, just love how he phrased that. Marinette came over to me "What are you up to Adrien?" I looked at her "Um..it's a surprise for Bella" Nino came over and looked at what I had on my phone "Dude some of those lyrics can be taken way out of context" I looked at him "Get your mind out of the gutter, we uh haven't gone that far and I'm content to wait until we are both ready for that" Nino blushed badly "Sorry I didn't mean it that way dude, just take your time with your relationship and I think Bella just had the same talk with Alya since my lovely girlfriend's face is such a lovely shade of red" Marinette laughed 'I'll go talk to her and yes Adrien wait until the both of you are good and ready to take the next step, you might think this sounds weird but I think you and her were meant for each other" she then hurries over to Alya. Nino looked at me "Didn't she say that about you and her" I nod "Yeah, but when I'm with Bella I feel so warm and safe and loved" Nino looked at me "Ok let's not have a repeat of you and Marinette here, tell Bella how you feel" I told him not to remind me of that as I was clearly ready to move on from that. I decided to sing to her later and went over to her "Bella, may I please talk to you about something?" She looks at me "Yes you may Adrien" I looked at her and take a hold of her hands "Bella, when I'm with you I feel so safe, warm and loved, you're giving me everything I ever wanted, what I'm trying to say is that I love you" Everyone had gathered around us waiting on Bella's response and I was as well. Bella smiled "I love you to Adrien" As soon as those words left her mouth I leaned in and kissed her and she kissed me back wrapping her arms around me and I wrapped my arms around her. Ayla looked at Nino "At least it wasn't I love moo" Marinette smacked her on the arm "Oh be quiet" Before we pulled away from each other Bella got her hand between us and grabbed Plagg and shoved him into her swim suit top and whispered to him "Stop being perverted" Fae had hidden herself on the table and was sampling the food left out. I then turned to face the others who were smiling, clapping and cheering and I addressed Chloe, Marinette and Kagami "You three ok with this? you're not jealous?" Chloe looks at me "No, you're happy, we're happy and besides you just found your real princess" Marinette nodded "And that princess found her prince charming, whoever said that true love exists only in fairytales never found theirs" Kagami nods "Now this is perfection" After our confession, Luka confessed to Lilac and she returned his feelings with telling him she loved him to, then Marc and Becca which then lead to Nathan saying he also had feelings for Becca and then him and Marc getting into a fight. Luka and I ran over and pulled them apart "Stop it! you don't want to be akumatized" Becca just stood there then she shook her head and took Marc's hand into her left hand and Nathan's hand into her right hand "I love the both of you to, you don't need to fight, I don't mind if you share me" They looked confused "Share you?" Becca nods "It's a lesser heard of type of relationship, it's up to you two though" They talk amongst each other then decided to share her rather then fight over her and we let go of their other arms letting them go to her and hug and kiss her and she returned their hugs and kisses. Of course Nino and Alya and Ivan and Mylene had to get into the I love you thing and Bella looked at me "See what you started?" I laughed "Yes, but it's not a bad thing" She hugged my arm and rests her head on my shoulder "No it's a good thing" After awhile we cleaned up and went inside for the night.
