A few days have pasted since we returned home and discovered Tommy's body when Alex told me about Tommy's death struck something inside of me all over again.Losing someone dear to you and death I would never wish upon my worst enemy. Today was the day we chose to put up missing photos of Mara all around the town, so far we didn't have any leads on anything.
Alex has been spending more time at the trap along with Rome, so me, Kay and Shay are staying together, at our new house. We decided it was best to move and stay put together if they thought of coming for one of us again.
Keke, Jameila and Daddy went back home yesterday and said we should keep in touch if anything. I didn't want them anywhere near here, especially now.
Tommy and Mara only had each other since both their parents were dead and no family members, we didn't know whom to reach out to.
“I think we put up enough” I said
Both Kay and Shay nodded
“Yes let's go before I sweat off my wig” Kay said
“I'm hungry”
“When ain't you hungry?” Kay asked.
“Don't start with me”

Night fell quicker than usual before it was 4, now it is 7. I drove as Kay sat in the passenger and Shay back seat. The rain poured heavily two things I hated when driving is rain and night these times bed is better than driving.
I pressed the gas speeding up out of nowhere a girl ran out from the bushes into the road, my foot hit the brakes quickly.Shay and Kay jumped up
“What the fuck did you hit her?!” Shay asked.
“No almost!”
“Just reverse the car” Kay said
The girl outside stood breathing heavy rain pouring on her, still grasping the reality I almost hit her.
Her hair was stuck to her face covering it
“No what if she needs help?!” Shay asked.
“We call the police, simple." Kay said.
“No I say we assist her” Shay said, grabbing an umbrella.
Kay and I gave her a 'You serious right now?' face
Shay left the car
“Yeah she going to die” Kay said, watching Shay approach the girl who remained standing there.
“Shut up”
Shay spoke with the girl before running to our car holding the girl's hand, I rolled down the window.
The rain stopped
“It's Mara”
