Training part 2

She hands me a 10k weght and it feels like a feather in my hand. Next its a 20k ome and its only a tiny bit heavy. Next a 30k then 40k then 50 and so on till i get to a 90k weight. I was so supprised.

"Ok that was a giant step up from your last one, and your already at alpha strength so next is you brothers strength and maybe further since vampires arent known for strenth you can set your own record."she says smirking at lilah and cody.

They just scowl back.

Next was swimming this would probably take a while. I didnt know how to swim...

"Ok its real easy really all you have to to is kick your legs only a little and use your arms to pull you along the water." Susa explains to me

I slowly try it and it seems easier as i get it really quickly but i run out of breath and panick racing to the wall of the pool and breathing.

"Okay that was really good you just forgot to lift your head up to breath... Do it on then third stroke and youll get into a rythm."

Slowly i tried again this time breathing every third stroke and reaching the end of the pool i ducked my head under and twisted pushing of the wall and kept going the other way. This was fun.

"Okay now in wolf form." Susa says and i shift instantly getting the hang of the doggy paddle and swimming quite fast. Once i got out i shook my fur and sat down staring at her.

"Okay strength in wolf form now." She says as we go back outside me still in my wolf form. In the corner of my eye i see cody staring at me in awe and he is whispering something to himself but i ignore it and keep going. She puts a harnace around me and gets me to walk with a weight like a horse would with a pull thing they used in the oldern days instead of cars. It was the exact same except it was me and it was susa. I ran fast pulling susa behind me.

"Okay stop" she yells. And i slow down not wanting yo be rammed up by the pully thing.

"Now run" taking of my harnace, i got onto the track "ready, set, go" she yelled and i sprinted as fast as i could over to the other side.

"Okay back to the shed" she yells again.

"Okay so last thing is in human form your going to puch the punching bag" she says.

I walk over and shift. Slowly i put my hands into fists. I put one blow and the punching bag doesnt move.

"Let out your anger..." She says. It seems to strike a nerve and the next one i do is much harder, the punching bag moves slightly. I keep going throwing fists at it and hitting it harder and harder. Eventually after around 20 blows it fals onto the ground. I just stare shocked at myself.

"Okay so ive figured out the time table. On mondays we will do stratergy training, Tuesdays running, wednesdays are for strength, thursdays for running, fridays for flexability and gym stuff and saturday purely for puching and things like that eventually u'll get to the stage where you do it to the trees in the forest instead, but that wont be for a while. ." She says smiling

"Okay thankyou i might go now though im really tired" i say yawning.

"Okay but one more thing sundays only on the afternoon are power builders okay??" She asks

"Yes i think ill need that thanks." I smile as i walk out Nd towards my room where cody and lilah are sitting, they left after i did the wolf track raceing.

"Hey guys" i smile.

"Hi" they both say.

"So how was your first training lesson??" Cody asks

"It was good im suprised that i got this far after school..." I say.

"Yes well your shift definantly helped you, i can already see some muscils coming from today" lilah said laughing at the last part. I laugh a little before yawning again.

"Okay we better leave you then, goodnight" cody says hugging me before leaving.

"Can i stay and sleep here??" Lilah asks.

"I guess" i smile, i dont really want to be alone anyway. Plus i feel like i know her so much already i really dont mind.

We both go to my bed and fall asleep. After watching shes the man of course...

So basically im 3 months through my training and its been going well. Im much stronger and faster. I also have really good senses and today we are changing my timetable a little bit.

" Ok you ready??" Susa asks.

"Yup" i reply

She takes me to the whiteboard and i sit down and wait as she writes some things on the board.

It reads:

Mondays- power managing

Tuesdays- track

Wednesday- senses

Thursdays- stratergy

Friday- power managing

Saturday- free

Sunday- pack training.

"Wait, im training the pack?!" I ask shocked at what she had written, was i ready for this??

"Yes, your ready and already the strongest, fastest and best with stratergy." She replies proudly.

"Thankyou, susa this means heaps." I say still not beleiving it.

"No problem.

I think shes found some new friends. Looks like her training went well too.
