Alexander you have made an enemy my friend.I thought to myself as I tried not to glare at all the curious faces who passed me by as I made my way to gym class. I mean the nerve of him leaving me to find for my unconscious self, judge me and my family, then just to prove how much of an Asshole he truly is he dangles my personal family history out on a thread just for the student body to try to catch a whiff of the lightly seasoned gossip.

"Well doesn't somebody look like someone Pissed in her bowl of grumpy flakes." said a voice coming from the side of me. I looked and saw it was Cole.

"Well the flakes of that fine cereal is the ideas that I just found out my parents have lied to me about what I am, that, by the way, came from my now found lost uncle, I also had a fainting incident which my brain still feels funky from and some jerk decided it was his right to tell the whole freaking world who my family is which will lead to people treating me like their pets instead of a real person. Wanna know where the piss comes from?" I took a deep breath not realizing I ended up raising my voice by the end of my minor tirade.

Cole looked me scared of what he should say next.

"Erm......... Sure?" he said his eyes searching me for the right answer.

"It's raining." I said sweetly. Cole looked at me with a crooked smile.

"Well then we are going to have to get rid of all that pent up anger aren't we? " Cole replied.

I rolled my eyes catching the implied perverted joke.

"Rather stab my eyes out with a plastic spoon."

By the time Cole was done snickering at my snarky comments we were already at the training grounds and Cole departed to go talk to his regular crowd. I pulled my hoodie justifying it was for the rain but I knew deep down it was to hide form the castigated looks directed towards me.

"Alright students or should I say warriors? Lets get to work. Get with your sparring partners. Remember tomorrow is inside for war strategies." Mr. Hawk said clapping his hands.

Everyone dispersed wanting to get started with their partners which I had learned were chosen by Mr. Hawk weekly to insure everyone was challenging themselves. Mr. Hawk motions for me to follow. I jogged over Francisca in hand.

"What we are going to work on now is actually throwing this beauty." Mr. Hawk explained while setting up my target. I smirked. This was going to be easy considering I was predestined to use it. I took a deep breath as I raised the Francisca over my head and ..... released.

The world went in slow motion and my body buzzing with anticipation as I watched the battle ax
make its way towards the target. What seemed like eternity the ax finally made it toward the center of
the target my heart leaped with joy maybe I was good at something after all? But as quickly as my hopes
went up they went down when the Francisca fell to the ground.
"͞Not bad.  Next time put a little more power into the throw." ͞My instructor advised.
So I tried again.... And again.... And again my weapon hitting my target but it would always fall to the ground.  I looked over to Mr. Hawk and I could see a disappointed look in his eye. I could tell he was
certain I was going to be a prodigy.
"Alright,"he sighed. "meet me here tomorrow morning at 6 we will start from scratch. For right now you can just watch the class spar."
He went back to teaching the other kids counter moves. Mr. Hawk was a very vivid and passionate teacher I liked how I could feel like he knew what he was actually teaching.
I sat on the ground watching Ava and Cole fight. Cole fought with a brutality that I have never
seen Ava however was the complete opposite she treated the sparring match like a whimsical dance
ducking and moving out of the way of Cole's advances. It look like to me that she was just trying to tire Cole out before bringing down her fury. She laughed as Cole got angry and tried lashing out on her trying everything he could to try to get the upper hand. They then started to fight with more energy move after move going too fast for me to even comprehend who it who or who blocked who. Chuckling nervously I hoped Mr. Hawk did not expect me to be THAT good.
Soon the period was over and I was sitting in math class I sat where I was yesterday and waited
for me potential friends to arrive. I heard a big crash and shouting I jumped from my seat the crashing
continued. My mind flashed to the thought of it being the TAH group I looked everywhere for a weapon or something to protect myself with but nothing looked deadly enough. Heart racing faster as the noise grew louder and louder I walked to the door. I was NOT ready to die. My hand grasped the door handle.
"That is enough!"an authoritative voice commanded. The shouting stopped immediately. I
opened the door and looked out. There was a crowd of my fellow students in the hallway slowly
breaking up to reveal Cole and Alexander on the floor still wrestling off Cole. Alexander pushed him off with such brutality that I thought Cole was going to fly 20 feet but he just staggered until he was able to be in control of his body.
The mathematics teacher took both Alexander and Cole by the scruff of their shirts and towed them off down the hall. Everyone then soon went to their class rooms and I went back to my seat waiting as the students filled into the room hoping to see a familiar face.
