"And...Done" I breathe a sigh of relieve as I finally publish my latest wattpad chapter. Flopping down against my soft mattress I run my hands down my face, groaning annoyed at how long it took to write that stupid story, I look over at my clock, "2:30,...*sigh*..great...just great.." 'dammit..I have school tomorrow..or-well today.' I let out another loud groan, before I turn over to lay more comfortably against the fluffy black blanket, it's texture as soft as a cloud, it gave off the scent of milk and honey, the slightest hint of chamomile and coffee..it smelt just like who I wanted it to...the scent that never changed, it was my sisters..before the accident.
This was her room after all, her electric guitar lay against her vanity, its once colourful and loud music, now silent and dead, its strings no longer strung, her snake, like her, gone...her clothes lay untouched yet folded in a basket by her dresser, as if she planned to put it all away... her butterfly lights lightly illuminating her room in warm colours, the photos and art on the wall glow with something...something that feels like magic...her magic...her passion...
My thoughts are interrupted by a tear I had no idea had fallen, I wipe it away with a chuckle before grabbing my phone from the nightstand and playing a movie to cheer up....Alice in Wonderland....yeah that should do...
I open my eyes to complete and utter darkness...no idea which way is up and which way is down, which way is left, and which way is right.. 'Did I fall asleep?' I'm interrupted by the sound of a crackling fire, it's soft sounds remind me of when we would all go out and dance back on country..'I feel so warm' my vision is brightened by a low green. I turn around to try and see where I am..and I find myself before a peculiar mirror..yet so familiar all the same..it's elegant and mystical aura is so intriguing, as I trace it's details with my eyes..'so beautiful'
"Ah, my dear, esteemed benefactor...
My proud, flower of evil...
You are truly the fairest one of all...
O' Magic mirror, thy' wisdom I entreat...
Reveal, to me the visage I seek..."
The mirror now gone from my view, my senses now diminished to nothing but a gentle noise of trotting horses, wheels against gravel. I lay upon something soft and cushioned, as I fade in and out of consciousness 'Maybe a little nap won't hurt...'
"You, whose image the dark mirror did beckon forth...
If Your heart bids it, take the hand of the one reflected in the mirror..."
