Random Chapter 11

"So why you come? Cause the Arcade is open and you sittin' down on yo phone. Lil miss house arrest." he said

"Ight nie not too much." I chuckled. Cause why he just eat me up like that

"What size shoe you wear so I could get you some?" he asked giving me my phone back

"I just told you I ain't know how to skate. Slip your mind?"

"Nah it ain't slip my mind, I'm finna teach you how  to skate, cause this is unacceptable." he shook his head at me

"I'm okay, I'd rath- okie dokie." I cut myself off as he snatched my shoe off of my foot.

"I ain't asking you, I'm telling you." he said before walking away with my shoe and I gave him a thumbs up.

"You got it."

A few minutes later he came back with a pair of  skates and held them out to me and I shook my head

"Cause why is you playing?" he mumbled pulling a chair in front of me where he sat down and put my leg on his lap and started to put the skates on.

"Come on." he held his hands out to me "Mm mm." I shook my head and let out a deep sigh before picking me up effortlessly.

"You ain't finna keep telling me no."  he says throwing me over his shoulder "Sir please put me down."

"I am." he said simply

"If I bust my ass on this floor, I'm gone bust yo ass in yo head." I said to him

"I got you love, you ain't gone fall." he said simply before putting me down

He held his hands out and I quickly grabbed them pulling me closer to him.

"Unt un take me back where I was." I said wrapping my arms around him so that I wouldn't fall and he laughed shaking his head

"You got it, just relax." he said grabbing my arms from around him.

He got a hold of my hands and started to skate backwards. "Look at my feet. Just step ride do it side to side." he said showing me what he was doing

I started to do it as well but was hesitant at first "You got it mama, let it come to you naturally." he says lowly but loud enough for me to hear over the music.

Soon it started to 'come naturally'.

"There you go, speed up to where you're comfortable at." he said and I did

"You ain't never skated before?" he asked and I looked up from my feet shaking my head "No."

"You're doing pretty good for the first time." he says "Thank you."

I felt him start to let go and my eyes widened holding on to him tighter

"It's okay mama you got it. I'm right here if you fall." he said and I let go of his hands and kept moving my feet

Then I started smiling because I was actually doing it on my own.

"Seee, there you go." he said then I skated to the wall "Okay, I'm done now, take me back."
