Feel free to request for an imagine, you can pm me or comment underneath this form.

Just like any other request forms.

You can choose the Name you'd like used.

You can choose who'd you like to be the LI.

You can choose the scenario.

It can be Fluff, Angst, Smut, etc.

Please provide a little backstory, on what you would like to happen, it makes it easier for the ideas to flow and hopefully it'll end better.
