 your crying. 

right after you have gotten shouted at for no reason, you first initial response was that you were angry but now the realisation has hit you like a tidal wave, tears start falling and as soon as you know it your having a mental breakdown, you either punch the wall, start silently screaming or whispering to yourself perhaps blaming yourself because of guilt or just anger. you either stop crying trying to blame it on the person who shouted at you and go do whatever you were doing avoiding the person as much as you could or you start crying hard until you have no more tears to cry.

you avoid the person for as long as you can or you go back to them and say sorry to get it over with.
