In the year 1994 the government began holding a multitude of underground projects. Two of the projects are more major than the rest, they go hand and hand. The goal is to give humans supernatural abilities to battle the evil creeping into our dimension. The other project is to create some kind of device that allows for these subjects partake in interdenominational travel. The serum is meant to ulterior DNA and allow for the user to turn his/her powers on and off at will.
The project began with the testing of animals. Smaller doses injected on smaller animals and larger doses injected into larger animals. Once the serum was proven to be successful they needed to find a human test subject. One of the facility workers who would do anything in the name of science offered to use her six year old son for experiment 001. Sullivan (Sully) truly loved his mother and was too young to fully understand what his mother was going to do to him. She never cared or wanted a child so she managed to neglect him his first six years of life. She didn't care if he died or not. She was advised that this was not safe for a child as young as Sully but once again, she didn't care, and agreed to use him as 001. Sully, being a young child- also agreed not understanding what could happen to him. Throughout the next eleven years they increased the amount wanting to see how much a human being can take before death. After years of testing on Sullivan they decided that they wanted this project to finally progress to the next steps.
17 year old Morgana Williams is... was a student at Southern Lake High in Kansas. Moragna was the number one athlete in her school along with being number one in her class. She was student council president as well, seems like someone you would want as a subject right? Someone who is mentally strong, physically active and highly intelligent. What they weren't aware of was the consequences of giving a large amount of the serum all at once. They had no idea how much they damaged subject 002.
