"My parents, are splitting up johnny, all those times when dad was working late he was actually staying at a hotel"

"Johnny can I stay here if that's ok with your parents?" I ask him while crying into his shoulder
"I'll call mom right now, most likely she'll say yes" Lauren says with a reassuring smile
"Thanks sis" johnny says "come one princess let's get you cleaned up, you have tears and makeup all over your face" johnny says to me.
We walk upstairs to the bathroom.
"Sit down on the counter, I'm gonna go see if Lauren has makeup remover"

He was gone for a few minutes. But tons of thought ran through my head in such short time. The stuff mom said to me
"Mommm I'm home"
"Sweetie I know how you are so please don't get so upset"

"Honey me and your father-" mom starts to say
"We're splitting up" dad continues

"Ok Lauren let me use her makeup remover" johnny says.

"Think of this as a good thing darling, because of our divorcement me and you will be moving into a bigger house and you'll be here every other week" Mom says
"Mom I don't understand?"
"Y/n are you ok?" Johnny asked me but I just didn't have anything to say
"Sweetie when I was working late I was actually at a hotel instead of being here with you and your mother, but you don't have to worry me and your mother have very good jobs. And we'll still help each other out with you if something isn't going as planned" dad says
"Whatever I'm going to my room, don't follow me"
Finally words came up again
"No I'm not johnny"
"Hey it ok I promise"
"You promise?" I ask him
"Everything is gonna be ok" he says giving me a faint smile"I promise" he says while giving me a small kiss.

"I love you too" he says while cleaning of my old smeared make up.

"Really I didn't take you to be a Disney kinda guy" I say while laughing
"Are you kidding me, Tangled is like one of the best Disney movies ever"
