With slow foot steps Haru walked into the kitchen of the little apartment he and Kyoka would be staying in. He was exhausted, they had stayed up until late last night trying to prepare for today.

It was 6:30 so Haru thought he could let Kyoka sleep in a little while he prepared breakfast for them both.

The apartment had already had everything they would need so Haru didn't need to worry about shopping. Well until next week depending on how long they took to finish the mission.

Haru turned on the stove and placed the pan on it. He grabbed some eggs from the refrigerator, planning to make omelets for the both of them. While the eggs fried in the pan Haru placed bread into the toaster and pulled the lever down. He also filled up the kettle with water and then put it on to boil. Once everything was done. Haru got to work and placed everything neatly onto the plate as well as preparing a hot cup of tea for Kyoka not forgetting to add extra sugar.

He placed the two plates along with the two cups filled with tea onto the dinning table in the kitchen and then made his way to Kyoka's room.

When he got there he was surprised to see her wide awake and in her uniform. She was busy packing her bag and putting all her books in it. "Kyoka-San I prepared breakfast."

Kyoka looked up at the brown haired teen and hummed before picking up her bag and making her way past him into the kitchen.

He followed closely behind her and took a seat at the dinning table when she sat down. The two ate their breakfast in silence none of them having anything to say.

They'd spent the whole entire weekend planning their form of attack as well as training. So nothing really needed to be said. Plus Haru didn't mind the silence and neither did Kyoka.

Once Haru finished eating he got up and placed his dishes in the sink. He had planned to wash it but Kyoka had stopped him saying she would do it while he got ready. So Haru thanked her and left the kitchen to go to his own room so he could get ready.

After getting dressed and trying to brush his hair Haru stood in the mirror. His bandages weren't very visible besides the one on his right eye. He also had a bit sticking out of his collar as well as the end of his sleeves. His pants fully covered his legs so nothing could be seen.

Haru didn't mind people asking about his bandages its just that he'd been asked so much about it. Which was so annoying imagine being asked the same thing over and over.

Not only that but telling people they were due to suicide attempts didn't help. Sure the shock on their face was funny and always got a laugh out of Haru. It was the immediate questions that came after that frustrated him. He wondered how his dad had gotten through high school with this.
