"All rise up for case of soraya Williams say I" the judge said and we all said I "okay u may sit down" he said and I've been in a holding cell from going to actually inna week because they kept switching my court date the good thing is I got to check ups for my baby in the prison medical facility
I wasn't showing but I can feel how hard my stomach was getting lowkey "okay so kysani please come up" the judge said and I got walking to the seat beside the judge , "kysani where we're u at April 2 7:00 pm" the other lawyer asked me and I looked at him "I was sleep with my boyfriend after we had a sexual interaction" I said truthfully and I saw kyzier smirk at me
" okay .. and you didn't go anywhere the whole day" he asked me and I shook my head no "I was home the whole day" I answered again truthfully
"What was your relationship with soraya Williams?" He asked
"I had no relationship with her nothing at all she was just my boyfriend crazy ex" I said truthfully "why did u call her crazy why couldn't u say ex?" He asked
"Because she was crazy she stalked my boyfriend social platforms and went as far trying to threaten me .." I told him and I looked at kyzier them and he sat mugging the other lawyer
"Okay .. that's enough questions" he said and I got up going to sit back down by my lawyer "okay mr pole at April 21 2023 pm you went to kysani deens boyfriend house knocked on the door and arrested i am I right?" my lawyer asked the cop
"yes I did .." he said looking uncomfortable
"And what did you arrest her for?" He asked the cop and the cop shifted in his seat " objection your honor" the other lawyer said "overruled mr pole answer the question" the judge said
"I arrested her for the murder of soraya Williams" the cop said and my lawyer nodded
"but didn't you take my client into investigation room weeks before this asking her question about the murder and she told she had nothing do with the girl or wasn't involved with the murder so what evidence did you have for the arrest.." my lawyer asked
"OBJECTION YOUR HONOR" the lawyer yelled
"overruled mr coons sit down or this will end now mr pole answer the question" the judge said
"Well no .. we didn't have any evidence but-" my lawyer cut him off
"Oh you didn't have any evidence but you told my client that you did and that's why you guys took her into custody." My lawyer said "well your honor that's all the questions I have
"Mr pole you have go have a sit again" the judge said and he got up walking away
"okay .. well in the case of Soraya Williams kysani you are not guilty of any crimes and your criminal record is clean and the police didn't have any evidence for this case you are free to go" the Judge said and the case ended easy
"I turned back waving at kyzier and I immediately went to hug him "I missed you so much" he said "how my baby doing" he said and I smiled "your baby is fine and im ready to go cmon" I said as we left the courthouse

when we got back to the house I took a fresh hot shower and then started eating snacks "mm baby this so good want sum?" I asked him and he moved his face "peanut butter and lays ew" he said "it just taste like a peanut butter chip" I said
"I wanted to break that cop face for lying like that man , he said I ain't have no evidence but that's not what he said in the beginning" kyzier said and I shook my head laying down
"I love you mama" he said and I jumped from opening my eyes "you whattt?!" I said and he laughed "I love you girl" he said kissing my lips
