He said, pulling her to his chest after sitting down next to her. She opposed no resistance, seeing as she needed him.

"It's gonna be okay. We're here." He told her.

After not responding for another minute, Spencer pulled Olivia's face up to make her look at him. It only took him a second to understand what was going on in that imaginative mind of hers.

"Don't do that."

He told her.

"Do what?" She asked, pretending not to understand what he meant.

"You're not putting anyone in danger, Liv. We are here because we want to and we want to protect you, but we'll all be careful. All you need to worry about is you." He said in a calming tone.

"What if something happens to one of you? I'll never forgive myself for bringing him into our lives." She admitted.

"Olivia, that boy is crazy! He would have found a way to get to you, with or without your help. Don't beat yourself up for being an authentic person who wanted to explore a connection she thought was genuine."

Saying this was hard for Spencer, because the thought of Christopher didn't only bother him for obvious reasons but also because he was once the guy who Olivia shared intimate moments with. They may not have had sex, but the willingness of emotional sharing was clear.

All he wanted to do was to erase that arrogant smirk Christopher had the guts to display earlier, from his face.

"So, what's the plan?" Darnell asked.

The rest of the group was still downstairs, strategizing. They felt they needed to come up with a plan, whatever it was.

"You can take turns to be with Liv for the next few days. At least until we receive clear confirmation that he got to Ohio." Grace suggested.

"If anyone is too busy or has an emergency, making them unavailable to pick up their shift, notify someone immediately so that we can come up with a backup." Laura said, while scanning the room.

"I'll ask her for her schedule later." Layla informed.

"We don't want Olivia to feel overwhelmed or smothered, so we'll try to let her live her life as normally as possible. That means that when she sleeps at your places, please make sure that all the doors are locked, all the windows are checked and that there's no one outside. We need to be extra vigilant."

"And please boys, no crazy attempts at being saviors. Please?" Grace pleaded just as Spencer walked back into the living room.

"Where is Liv?" Coop asked him.

Everyone was on edge and worried about her.

"She's taking a shower. She wants me to stay over tonight, if that's fine with you Mrs Baker."

"Yeah, no worries."

Since Mrs. Baker moved back into the house, it was hard for Spencer to stay the night at the Baker's residence. Even though it was supposed to be temporary, he felt it was disrespectful to be sleeping in your girlfriend's bed, while her mother slept across the hall.

He agreed to stay because even he knew that he would not be able to close an eye that night, if he wasn't close to Liv. After putting him up to date with the plan, everyone left to give the family a chance to rest. Knowing that the girls, Laura, Jordan and Spencer were there with her reassured everyone.

"Hey... Do you want to have a movie night?" She asked Spencer when she got out of the shower.

"Are you sure? I thought you were tired."
