"Non-binary" Kenma said in a soft voice as he entered the term into his search bar and hit enter. After scrolling through some of the many results that popped up, he shut his laptop off and laid down in his bed in a starfish position, taking in all this new information. From his research, he found out many things about the term, including how it was an umbrella term, with many sub-terms. He wasn't going to get that deep into research just yet. He seemed to like the term. "a gender identity for individuals who feel that they do not fit into the traditional male/female gender binary." interesting. He continued to lay there, absorbed by his thoughts when Akaashi gently knocked on his door before opening it a crack to check in on him.

"Hey Ken-Ken. Dinner is ready." Akaashi told him. After the lack of response, Akaashi opened the door even more so he could get in. "Are you ok?" Akaashi asked as he gently sat next to the latter on his bed. "Yeah. just lost in thought." Kenma responded. He didn't want to tell anyone about his recent thoughts. He still wasn't even sure for himself. Kenma sat up and got out of bed. He followed Akaashi to the dining room, where he proceeded to eat his dinner with his boyfriends. Once they finished eating, Kenma went back to his room to do a bit more research. He looked at a few more of the sub-terms before another knock on his door. He shut his laptop as Kuroo walked into the room holding a Nintendo Switch.

"Hey, Kitten. Wanna play?" Kuroo asks. Kenma shot up and grabbed his own switch off his nightstand. They decided on Minecraft and joined each other's world. Kuroo laid down and Kenma snuggled right beside him. They played together for the next 2 hours. After that Kuroo logged off and sat up. He placed a kiss on Kenma's forehead. "I'm going to bed now. Promise you'll try and get as much sleep as possible?" Kuroo asked while rubbing Kenma's head. "mhmm" was all Kenma said in return.

As soon as Kuroo left the room, Kenma opened his laptop once again and looked online at the stores his local mall has.

Kenma, after looking for a good 30 minutes, finally puts away his laptop. He gets under the covers and stares at the ceiling until eventually falling asleep.
