You had a dream and it was to be an actress  you got into a really art and acting school in Brooklyn and you and your family decided you should stay with your mom's side of the family

with your aunt Mia you liked to call her auntie mama Mia as a joke and your 2 favorite older cousins mario and Luigi

you haven't talked to them since you were 9 years old after your grandma passed
and you moving to a different state to work on school.
You walk along the streets of Brooklyn your 2 decorated suitcases of cartoons and a pride flag stickers on them both you sigh walking up to the door and you knock....
" hey auntie" she smiles taking you into a embrace she takes your things taking your things your uncle jumpman hugs you with a bone crushing hug Mia telling her husband to put you down he chuckles loudly ushering you to sit down

"so dear how has our favorite ragazza ( girl) been doing"

your uncle asks you you smile everyone at the table looking at you " well-" you were interrupted by the door opening to see tow men with mustaches "MARIO LUIGI I MISSED YOU BOTH SO MUCH"! you yell happily as you run into their arms them being shocked to see you.
You all sit down for dinner

"ah mushrooms" mario says in disgust your uncle jumpman says
"what everyone likes mushrooms"

"well not everyone actually does uncle did you know there is a type of mushroom called cordceyps  with the ability to take over ants minds slowly killing them and taking over their body it's really interesting"!

everyone looks at you like you have tow heads or like your crazy you look to the ground embarrassed Mario speaks up " soooo... did everyone see the commercial"? Mario asks hesitant you smile "yeah I got to say I'm really proud of you both" he smiles your uncles start taunting him he looks over to his dad "dad what do you think of it" he asks " I think your nuts" he say's putting his pasta In his mouth
"I think you are  crazy you think some dream of you is going to work"? He says
he looks at you you sweat nervously looking to the ground knowing he is going to say something
"y/n I do appreciate you trying to do this but don't you think this dream of yours is too far fetched becoming an actress ... you should went with something easier like I dunno being a nurse or maybe finding yourself a nice guy!"

He says laughing you look to the floor embarrassed "I know this dream seems crazy but I believe I can do it" he sighs
"y/n you sound just like Mario" you look at your food "look uncle jumpman I want to do this for all of my life I want to make others smile and happy doing what I love" you say with determination "you think going after some dream when you were 14 is gonna happen kid your being delusional"! Your uncle jumpman says Everyone is silent "y/n look I'm not trying to sound like a jerk-" you sit up "look.... At least grandma supported me" he looks to the ground ashamed "mario as for you your nuts with this dream worst your pulling your brothers down with you"... you gasp

"well thanks dad" mario says sarcastically going up to his room after his dad's comment you get up walking upstairs Luigi following "Hey Mario are you alright"? you ask going over to him with a concerned expression he nods putting down his game controller down Luigi walks in you smile walking out knowing he would know what to do
After a few minutes they come out telling you they are going to stop a major flood you shocked smirk agreed to help them until... you fell down a pipe you opened your eyes to realize you were surrounded by mushrooms....
