Seth's Deception: A Plot Against Osiris

Start from the beginning

Narrator: Seth ordered the chest to be thrown into the Nile river, never to be seen again. The guests wept for their beloved pharaoh, who was now trapped forever in the wooden chest. The chest floated down the river, eventually becoming lost in its depths. Despite their sorrow, the guests took comfort in the knowledge that their pharaoh would live on in the afterlife..

Narrator: The once merry atmosphere of the grand hall turned into sorrow and grief. Osiris, the beloved ruler of Egypt, was now gone, trapped forever in the chest thrown into the Nile river by Seth, his jealous brother. The guests, who once feasted and laughed together, now wept and mourned their great loss.

Nephthys: (voice trembling) How could you do this, Seth? You betrayed your own brother and shamed yourself!

Seth: (smirking) Ha! I have done what needs to be done. Now, I am the true ruler of Egypt.

Nephthys: (voice trembling with anger) You have brought dishonor upon yourself and our family. How dare you betray your own brother?

Seth: (voice full of rage) Silence, woman! You have no say in this matter.

Narrator: Seth's anger was palpable as he glared at Nephthys, who stood before him, her eyes filled with fury.

Narrator: The guests remained silent, unsure of what to do or say in the face of Seth's arrogance and cruelty. They mourned for their beloved ruler, but also feared for their own safety. Seth's power and influence over Egypt was undeniable, and his wrath could fall upon anyone who opposed him.
