I walk in and no one's home so I assume daz just went to pick up merle or something. I have a quick shower then throw on some joggers and a jumper and some slides to go check outside to see where everyone is but when I get out the shower I hear they're already home. As Merle hears me walking towards the kitchen he says
"Where's my girl Edie I got her something"
"I'm hereeeee" I say running towards the kitchen in my slides
He turns to face me and I run straight at him and have a Merle hug
"Been a long time heh" he says laughing "I got you a little something take a look on the table" he says letting go of me so I can look "just a few sweets" he says
"Fucking hell merle that's more sweets then there is in a sweet shop" I say walking over and grabbing some
"Ay pass me a kitkat I haven't had one of those in forever" Merle says
I chuck him a kitkat and ask my dad if he'd like any
"You want one" I say to him
"What is there" he says glancing over
"Literally everything" I say
"Gimme an airhead" he says
"Okie dokie" I say handing him one
"How's school" Merle says
"I ain't been in school for almost a year" I say to him
"Is that how long it's been since we last seen each other heh almost a year" Merle says
"No" "we saw each other like 2 months ago you just forgot" I say
"Oh so where you working then" he asks
Daryl coughs clearly showing he ain't happy with where I work and shakes his head
"Hooters" I giggle going to sit down
"Hooters" Merle looks at me shocked "getting yourself a proper job well done" he laughs and cheers his glass on mine
"I also work at a bar and with dad most the time" I say

I hear the doorbell ring and guess it's Noah so go to answer.
"Heyyy" Noah says waltzing in
"Hola" I say shutting the door behind him
"Hi Daryl and uh" he looks at me for me to tell him merles name
"Merle" I say to him
"And Merle" he says
"Who's this your boyfriend" Merle laughs
"Ew no" I say pushing Noah out the way and returning to my seat, Noah sits down next to me and leans in to grab a sweet but I hit his hand away
"Have you got a boyfriend then Edie" Merle says to me
"Nope" I reply chewing on my snake
"Why not" he replies
"Dunno" I pause and quieten my voice so only Noah can hear "cuz paul rudd never slid in my dms" I giggle and so does Noah
"Huh" dad says
"Nothing" I roll my eyes
Daz gives me a dodgey look and I ignore him and eat more sweets

After about 2 hours me and Noah are sat on the couch while Merle and dad are sat by the table chatting away and drinking
I'm showing Noah some things on my phone and talking to him about kyles when Merle gets up to go to the fridge he walks behind us without us realising and whispers
"What you talking about" which makes us both scream
"Nothing" I say
"Wouldn't exactly call Kyle no one" Noah says and I hit him
"Who's Kyle" Merle turns to me and ruffles my hair before walking off
"Yeah who is Kyle " dad replies
I give Noah a 'look what you've started' look and tell my dad
"Literally my boss dad" I say
"Oh" he says

We brush our teeth and Noah gets comfy in my bed while I go to get us both some water. Merle and dad are both chilling on the couch when I walk in.
"We're going bed now night" I say
Merle gets up and walks over to me. He slings his arm round my shoulder and says night
"Night" I hear dad say from the couch
"Night dad"
"Door open" Merle says
"And Noah on the floor" dad adds
I look back and laugh
"How the fuck does this lamp work" Noah says as I walk in my room and see him tapping angrily on my lamp.
"You need to plug it in dickhead"
"Oh" he says plugging it in and turning it on
"You best get on the floor my dad won't like you on my bed" I say
"Ah" he says rolling onto the floor
"Here" I say chucking him a blanket and pillow
"Thank you thank you" he says
"Night" I say turning over
"Niiiiight" he says going to sleep
