Tonight Cale turns 13.
Obviously nobody was gonna celebrated it.
He hasn't had a party sense he was 8.
But he still was happy.
Although Nobody celebrated with him.

Tonight was the night Kim Rok Soo would write.
He can't write much.
His uncle beats him up to often.

Kim Rok Soo began to write all the things he knew.
From the seasons and dates to the cars and planes to the phones and Tv.
He talked about the school system...The countried and states which Rok Soo knew because his mother was a substitute geography teacher.
And Cale
Cale was fasinated.
By the Technology.
By the history his world is filled with.
By the machines to how big his world is.
Cale...I wanted to tell you my birthday wish
But If you tell someone they won't come true?
It wouldn't come true anyway.

I wished that I could come and live with you or you with me and together we can explore places.
That sounds...like a wonderful wish!

Cale hid his book and faked being asleep.
Ron comes by checking up on Cale every hour.
Cale has gotton certainly good at pretending to sleep these last 3 years.

And Nothing Stays the same.
Rok Soos world had an apocalypse.
His Last words to Cale was Monsters coming- I love you

Cale had a horrid realization he cried for days after that.
Never letting go of the diary.
Until his father realized the reason Cale was upset was because of the diary and asked Ron to get rid of it.
Ron did.
Cale....Cale was never the same.
Cales last words were I love you too to Rok Soo.
Rok Soo Saw it.
And Althought the Diary was destroyed.
It gave him a new will to live.
Cale tried to make sensr of his emotions.
But he was never taught and thus turned to alchohal.
While Rok Soo turned his emotions into fighting spirit.
Both did not want to admit it.
The diary was gone.
And so was a piece of thier heart.
