"Pavitra...where are you?" Leeya says peaking from the bathroom door with an open zip.
"Imlie?" Comes a small voice as she turns in horror
"Aryan...what..where's pavitra?"
"Pocket me h, check karogi?! How would i know?! Hogi ghar pe h"
Leeya rolls her eyes at him as he moves closer
"You are looking good. What's the occasion?"
"Ravi chose this for your engagement..which i don't think i will attend so pavitra asked me to take some pictures "
"So Ravi's choice then....I guess there are better dresses you could wear"
"How long am i supposed to stand like this? Go call her"
"Why should i?"
"Don't, I'm gonna text ravi. He'll come to zip me up!"
"You won't " aryan says pulling her hand keeping his hand on her waist zipping up as his hand touches her back
"Perv" she mutters
"Yeah? If i was a perv i won't be zipping it up you know?"
"Why are you here Mr rathore ?"
"I want to talk to you"
"I'm listening "
"Not like this..come with me.." he says holding her hand walking out of the room
Suddenly they stop
"Lee ! Thank god i found you. Cone with me!" Ravi comes holding her other hand pulling her close
Aryan could feel her grip loosen around his hand
She looks at aryan, taking her hand away from him. The look of rejection. Like she just chose to leave his hand instead
"Let's go"
Aryan stands there still. Feeling her hand drifting away from his...again. He won't stand still this time !
He's gonna interlock his fingers or handcuff her, but won't let her leave ! Her boyfriend can go visit hell, because he was her husband!
"You're a life saver ravi !"
"What?"
"Saving me from Aryan.."
"I didn't mean too. I was seriously lee" he says opening the door to terrace
She looks with her jaw dropping on the ground. There were her favorite flowers...and balloons
"Ravi...what?"
He holds her hand taking her to the centre, kneeling down
"Ms leeya chaturvedi. I've known you for 4 years. From the day i saw you crying in that library i knew pushpa..or rather lee i hate tears. I've held myself back everytime...but lee i don't think i can anymore. After being with you..flirting with you openly I've realized my true feelings for you...at first i was in denial..but at times in trial to make aryan jealous i would feel jealous too you know. I tried to stop myself seeing how much you loved him...but you said loved right?"
"Ravi..what..get up!"
"No Lee...i got selfish..you've got the best capacity to love..and i want it for myself...i want you to be my girlfriend..for real this time.."
"What happened to enjoying your life?"
"I enjoy the most when I'm with you lee"
"Ravi..get up please " she says pulling him up
He gets up dusting his knees
"I'm sorry...but i had to do it today..it was my last chance..so what's your answer lee?"
"I..i-"
"I've thought about this too...earlier..you weren't over your ex. But i feel you've got a closure now..you were pretty clear for not having feelings for him..then give me a chance please? We've been best friends from so long...we've enjoyed and survived so much together...and i want more.."
"More?"
"Date nights..confessions..a level up..of both emotional and physical comfort" he explains
Her eyes drift off to aryan standing on the doorway with pavitra holding onto him
His face looked white..almost traumatized
Then she sees pavitra smiling with her hands around Aryan. She could imagine their future together. After she leaves he'll be heartbroken but will eventually move on too...lead a happy life with pavitra..who was amazing..and deserving..but...is that okay to her?
Then she looks at ravi. One of her dearest friends looking at her with hope. No doubt he makes her happy... she trusted him with her life..but the more part was something she could only imagine with Aryan. Dates..confessions...how his touch lights her up..or his words ignite a fire within
Is she also becoming selfish? Should she become selfish?
Aryan pavitra Ravi...everyone looking for her answer. She has to choose..his future or hers
"Lee...say something....do you need time to think about it?"
"No, i don't ravi. I know what i have to do"
"Have to? Lee feelings aren't have but want...tell me what you WANT. I want you to be my girlfriend and you? "
"And i want her to be my wife" Aryan finally speaks up loud enough to stop everything around
