"You both are in big trouble," she glared at Neteyam and Lo'ak, who smiled sheepishly at what they did.
"Come now before they find us," the human boy urged them to follow him. Tawn hesitated for a second before Neteyam grabbed her hand and dragged her with him.
"Neteyam?" she asked incredulously, was he seriously trusting the human?
"It's Spider, he's a good friend sa'nok, we trust him," Neteyam soothed her worries.
Tawn huffed and followed them, but before they could jump over the railing to their freedom, gunshots were fired towards them.
Tawn pulled Neteyam back to shield them from the gunfire. Lo'ak on the other hand, who had a gun in his hand, clumsily pulled on the trigger, killing a person instantly.
"Woah," the boy muttered.
Tawn didn't like him holding the killing machine. Tawn threw her spear at one of the bad guys and grabbed the gun in his hand before she pushed the two children behind her.
Bullets were fired towards them nonstop it was hard to escape from it without one of them getting hurt.
Tawn looked down at the gun and mimicked their stance before pulling the trigger, the force of it made her stumbled, but she quickly regained her balance and shot at them, not stopping her assault. Once she made sure they ceased their fire, Tawn yelled at the boys, "GO! GO! DON'T LOOK BACK!"
The three boys listened to her orders not once were they stopping before jumping off the ledge towards the comfort of the water.
Tawn followed closely behind and jumped down with Neteyam right when they started firing back at her.
Tawn closed her eyes, feeling the water engulf her in safety. She swam to the surface and looked around, Lo'ak and the human boy were laughing without a worry in the world while Neteyam tried to float on the surface.
Tsireya came in with an ilu, looking over at them with concern.
"Neteyam, are you alright?" Tawn asked, swimming closer towards him, placing her hand against his cheeks.
"It hurts," he coughed out.
Tawn's eyes widened, her heart racing, "Tsireya!" she called, slinging the strap of the gun over her shoulder, to hold Neteyam better.
Tsireya, Lo'ak and the human boy swam towards her and Neteyam. "Lo'ak helped me get your brother up on the ilu!" Tawn ordered, making the boy act quickly.
She put her hand on his abdomen along with Lo'ak and lifted him so he could ride on the ilu. Tawn felt something warm and wet on her hand, she removed her hand from that spot only to reveal blood, "Go!"
Tsireya set off to find shelter once everyone was ready.
Tawn took this moment to contact Jake with her comms, "Jake!"
"Tawn! Are you all right?" where are you?"
Tawn looked at a pained Neteyam, pressing down at his wound, "no, Neteyam is wounded!"
"Shit! How did it look?"
Tawn peaked at the wound and said, "Jake, I think it's a bit deep. He lost a lot of blood."
"I'm coming to you."
Once they reached a flat surface on the rock, they pulled Neteyam up and set him down gently on the surface.
Lo'ak and Tawn sat on either side of him. Tawn removed her hand from Neteyam's wound and sighed in relief when it was just a graze. There was no bullet in him, "Lo'ak pressed down on the wound," she told him before turning to Neteyam, "My love, it's okay, we are going to get you back so the healer can heal the wound, okay," Tawn soothed stroking his hair.
"What happened?" Jake asked suddenly, walking briskly towards him. He noticed Spider was with them, standing behind Lo'ak. His face was full of guilt looking at Neteyam.
"It's a deep graze. He's losing a lot of blood," Lo'ak told him.
Jake nodded, "okay, we need to stop that," he said.
"Here, seaweed to put pressure on the wound," Tisreya chirped in, giving the plants to Jake.
Jake nodded and began working on Neteyam, he made sure that the seaweed was tight enough to stop him from bleeding.
"Is everyone here?" Jake looked around once he was done.
Tawn looked around for Tuk and Kiri, "where's Tuk and Kiri?"
Tsireya sighed, "Tuk, she went back for you."
Tawn sighed dejectedly. When will this end?
Jake looked up at the sky in frustration. He needed to put an end to this. He was suddenly aware of the darkened sky, it was the eclipse.
"you hear me, Jake Sully?" a voice interrupted them. "I know you can, I have your daughters with me. The offer is still the same, don't make me wait."
Tawn looked at Jake in confusion, "what did he say?"
"He got them."
