Jake shrugged, "well, we were greedy. We took what our Mother gave us without consideration and realised the damage we did far too late," he smiled sadly, "so since there is nothing there, they decided to colonise Pandora, and if they succeed in their plan, Pandora will have the same fate as earth."
Tawn sighed. She knew that the sky people only ever bring harm to her people and nature. Ever since their return two years ago, pandora's balance was disrupted again. She heard from the olo'eyktan of the Anurai clan that they burned the trees again and went as further as building their own city inside the forest.
Now she heard rumours about the sky people expanding their hunt to the Tulkuns, killing them and leaving their carcasses on the sea bed.
She turned herself towards Jake, placing her head on his chest. She looked up to cup his cheek with her hand, bringing his attention to hers, "I know that won't happen because you will fight for us," she whispered, lifting herself slightly to inch closer towards Jake, "you'll fight for us again, and when that happened, I will be by your side, helping you," she smiled bringing her forehead to his, "ma Toruk Macto."
Jake smirked, while the position put a strain on his neck, the pain didn't hinder his desire for the woman in front of him, "If you are trying to seduce me by calling me your Toruk Macto, it's working," he said smugly, leaning his head down.
In this position, Tawn was partially laying her weight on top of his, one of her legs hitched up on his sides, she was almost straddling him. Her face hovered over his, their breath mingling with one another.
The tension suddenly spiked. She was more aware of the placement of her legs and her hands. She could see the desire behind his eyes. It was swirling with another emotion, his pupils were blown, and she could tell hers did the same.
Tawn looked at him like he was the air she breathed. Oh Eywa, she didn't know how to explain her feelings for this man because it went way beyond love. It consumed every part of her and drowned her with a sense of euphoria.
Tawn let her eyes wander from his eyes to his lips. She now knew how it felt to be kissed by him, and it was the sensation that she would always long for, no matter how many times they kissed. She loved his lips, it was rough compared to hers, but it didn't stop him from pulling out noises that she didn't even know she could.
Her eyes trailed the glowing freckles on his face. They mimicked the constellations in the sky. Eywa clearly made his freckles more detailed than hers by how beautiful they were sitting on top of his face.
Now it was her mind's turn to wander. Even with the lack of experience in that area, Tawn knew about the things couples do behind closed doors. She sometimes overheard her sister talk about it to her friends, giggling silently so as to not raise suspicion.
She even heard about it from the ladies of the village whom she usually spent time with. They talked about the intimate part of their marital life, whispering about how strong their mate was and how they couldn't keep their hands off of them.
There was this one time when Tawn eavesdropped on the ladies' conversation about how their men were well endowed in the southern area, how they went down on them and gave them the pleasure that was so out of this world, she heard about how they returned the favour or how they help their men to unwind with pleasurable activities.
Tawn could hear her heart in her ears. It was beating so fast, pumping out blood towards a specific part of her body. She huffed, she was hot, and her mind didn't help her with the situation.
Knowing that Tawn was way too into her head, Jake tried to bring him back to him, "What got my pretty girl blushing like that," he whispered. He placed one of his hands on her waist, trapping her in his embrace and the other tucked a stray of hair back behind her ear.
