Somethings Missing

Misaki's Pov

The sky was cloudy as the rain sung from above. A small café was filled with clutter and laughter as the night lingered. Everyone was enjoying themselves and talking as the rain continued to sing a melody.

"Hey Yata, move. That's my seat you dumbass!" Rikio spoke as he pushed the chestnut hair boy "you saw me seating there first"

Misaki looked at him as he hummed "oh shut up Rikio. There's plenty of other seats to sit at." He pointed to the other chairs as he turned his body away

After that Misaki and Rikio started cursing and yelling at each other. Some of the other Homra members were laughing as others paid no attention. Before things could get more heated, both boys felt a hard blow, hit them on the head. They both looked up and say Izumo staring at them

"That's enough you two. Just take a seat and sit down somewhere. There's no need to argue about such small things, you idiots" he laughed as he went back behind the bar and started cleaning again.

Both boys sighed as they sat down, fixing their clothes and rubbing their heads. Misaki hummed as he stood up, grabbing his skate board as he left the café, he wasn't angry, just need some air. Even if it was cold and raining.

Homra hummed as they watched, Rikio standing up as Izumo stopped him "let him get some air." Rikio nodded as he sat back down, talking to the other members

Misaki hummed as he skated through the rain, not caring if he got soaked. He wasn't angry about getting hit or getting into an argument. His mind was full and no matter what he did, it didn't go away. It felt as if, something was missing and he had to search for it. He hummed as he shook his head "that couldn't be it. That's stupid." He continued to skate as he soon came to a stop, deciding to sit down as he laid down on the ground, looking up at the cloudy gray sky. "But if it's true? What if I am missing something" he hummed as though about it for a while.

A few minutes have passed as Misaki soon stood up, deciding to head to his house so he could take a hot shower and hopefully not get sick. He started his aura to heat up his body as he skated through the park, streets, and trees. His mind thinking about what he thought about earlier as he smiled softly to himself "I wonder if it's someone I'm missing and not something".

After a few minutes of skating, Misaki finally got to his house as he walked inside, shutting and closing his door as he placed his skateboard next to the door, heading to his room as he grabbed his clothes and towel, soon heading to his bathroom as he got undressed, starting the shower and heading in. He felt happiness fill his body as the hot water slide down his body slowly, his bangs going over his eyes as he closed them, just enjoying this moment.

Soon after he finished taking his shower and getting dressed, he headed to his living room, sitting down on his couch as he looked through his tv, soon stopping as he saw the news " man, why do they always make us seem like the bad guy?" He sighed as he placed the remote down, watching the news "we're not bad guys, we just.. Well I don't know what we do. But we're just doing what we need too" Misaki hummed as he ran his fingers through his chestnut hair, laying his head back on the couch as he looked up at the ceiling.

"Will I ever find that missing something? Or someone?" He hummed as he closed his eyes for a bit soon opening them "or will that piece be missing forever"
