the whole friend group was at a party

jayeson hated drinking after what happened the year prior but she did drink a little bit at this party

she was currently hanging around with chad and ethan

ethan was like wes to jayeson, they became friends the same exact way her and wes did

ethan knew he was a huge comfort to jayeson and was glad to be that for her

"come on dude! just talk to that girl!" jayeson said as chad took her shot glass

"yeah bro, look at you, you're a whole snack!" chad said and jayeson laughed as ethan rolled his eyes playfully

"yeah, you're an entire meal all on your own" jayeson added which made ethan blush, embarrassed by his friends words

"really?" he asked while smiling at the two

"yeah"

"100 percent" the two friends said at the same time

"hey excuse me" chad said, getting the girl in front of them attention as she looked at the group

"hi" ethan said awkwardly as the girl smiled awkwardly, her eyes on jayeson only

jayeson shortly stopped paying attention, her eyes focusing on a familiar face in the crowd

looked like jill

she quickly shook it off as anika came over

"hey, come here, you're needed" anika said simply as she left the two boys to follow her

she walked through the crowded people and stopped at the bottom of the staircase seeing her girlfriend

"hey buddy" jayeson said getting her girlfriends and the random guys

"taras good down here" jayeson said while pointing to her drunk girlfriend

"uh, sorry bro, i didnt catch that" the douchey guy said as jayeson chuckled dryly

"yeah, you did" she said, trying to keep a smile on her face and not make a huge scene while also trying to ignore the faint voice in the back of her head

"no, jayeson" tara said while stumbling down the stairs

"its fine, i..i want to" tara said and jayeson smiled awkwardly at her girlfriend

"yeah yeah, see jayeson, she wants to" the douche said teasingly as jayeson clenched her jaw and blinked hard

"its okay" tara said as the guy turned around and started to drag her upstairs

"uh oh" chad said as he watched jayeson pull him off of her and push him into a wall

"get your fucking hands off of her!" jayeson yelled, holding back on punching this guy until he was dead

the guy pushed back

"get the fuck off me!" he said as jayeson pushed right back, they started to go back and forth angrily

"guys, guys, guys!" tara said, starting to get up off the staircase

"hey, hey, sorry to interrupt but im just gonna tase your balls real quick" sam said as jayeson's eyes widened as he dropped to the ground in pain

"dont ever lay your hands on my sister again" she said while staring down at the douche

"fucking bitch!" he yelled out in pain, still holding his crotch
