As you fell to the floor Spencer quickly hanged up the phone and helped you up "sorry" you said as he looked at your face in shock as he gestured for you to check your nose "your nose...." you didn't understand until he said that as you realized your nose was bleeding. Spencer picked up (Y/N) and took her to her bed and sat her down
"Are you ok?" He wiped your nose "Yeah, I'm fine" He looked at you with fear in his eyes as you asked "Spencer, who is 'she'? You've been talking about her during the whole time you've been in the bathroom. Y'know you were saying things about how you loved her"
His face turned red as he held your face in his hand "She's you...I've always loved you (Y/N), I just had a hard time telling you" You smiled at Spencer as you hugged him "I love you too, you know I meant it when I told you that you could tell me anything" Spencer grabbed (Y/N)'s face and softly kissed her which soon became a rough kiss.
