Came out to the mall to shop
"I was just askin?" He mugged
"Well I did want to shop a little for the baby." I added
"It's still crazy you havin a baby dat young." The bitch ddot brought laughed
"Yo Amari chill." ddot pulled on her arm
"What? I was just sayin we still damn kids."
"I don't think that's any of your business." I finally spoke up
"Girl I was just sayin no need to do all dat." She mugged
"Why you actin like the baby father ain't standin next to yo ass." Niyah said slappin her arm by her side
"Yeah get on to him if you gone say somethin to me it's as much as his fault than it is mine."
"It takes two to tango." I said

"Alright well we can split up and meet back at da food court." dd said
"Yeah dats cool." I said
"Uh I'll go with you Lani." ddot said
I rolled my eyes

"So we can talk." He mumbled
"I guess." I turned the other way walkin off
"Amari stay with them alright so I can talk to her." He said to her
He started walkin next to me as I looked around for some stores
"What you wanna get for the baby?" He asked breaking the silence
"Probably just small little stuff since we don't know the gender yet."
We walked into a store and I started lookin around for stuff
"She a friend." He spoke
"Huh" I stopped what I was doin lookin up at him
"She my mom friend daughter." He said
"They've been stayin with us for a little and I gotta watch her."
I chuckled
"How old is she?"
"The same age as us but I still gotta include her with my activities ." He started lookin at things with me
"What you tellin me this for?"
"So you wouldn't get the wrong idea. I don't want nobody else. I want you still." He looked up at me
I sighed
"Well thanks for tellin me but that doesn't explain why you haven't spoken to me or responded to my text."
