ONE.
don't beg. if you arent able to snatch, say, a fcfs adoptable, I really don't care. it's first come first serve for a reason.
(however if it's an ota, you can always offer more and see if it'll change my mind.)

TWO.
i can do basefill for others, but just know if you don't give me a clear description of them it might not turn out how you want. this may also apply to adoptable requests.
(all requests r reserved for the asker, obviously.)

THREE.
unless it's oc basefill or request, i can choose to pull back on any adoptable and keep them if i change my mind.

FOUR.
if i see anyone saying bigoted remarks or harassing others because they couldn't get to an adoptable on time, it's an immediate ban or block. irdc.

FIVE.
not exactly a rule, but just know im not too good at editing bases heavily. i can add simple jewelry like rings, horn rings and such but im pretty bad at like.. actual clothing hehe.
