REPROGRAMMING

Many shifters have reccomend reprogramming to me, and I heard many experiences from this topic. 


This is noto a required thing to do, but this might help someone out there. The 4-day mind reprogramming (by Reya Reya Singh) can help you a lot with your limiting beliefs, if you watch the video it will give you full things on how to do it step-by-step. Everything that I would say in this chapter is mentioned in her video. If you don't like reading a lot, you can just watch that.


Since we we're kids we have been wired to do simple things, for example; you drink water -> your hydrated | you eat your food with -> forks, spoons, and knifes | you fall and hurt yourself -> you feel pain, it hurts, you might automatically cry.


Now let's pretend we already know about shifting since we we're young, we would know it's real, it's easy, it's possible. Most people view shifting is something like a super power, since we aren't raised knowing or believing in shifting. So know, how can we reprogram our mind to make shifting appear easy, simple, and normal? This full reprogramming will take four exact days, you can't do it all in one go, I have seen people ask that (so did Reya).

THE STEPS TO REPROGRAM YOUR MIND


DAY 1: Your beliefs and non-beliefs 

In the first day you will make a list about your beliefs like non-beliefs. For example,  "I believe I have brown hair" to "I don't believe in the Easter bunny", it doesn't have to be this exact, you could be more complex, but since we are making shifting seem like a basic obvious knowledge I prefer anything close to the given examples. 

I did not get that much grasp on how will you write, you can write in any way you can, but I saw a template in AMINO that I think could people who are not too sure.

DAY 2: Affirm and Manifest it

The second day would be a break, no shifting whatsoever, you relax and take a break. Meditate and manifest your beliefs and non-beliefs, manifest that your beliefs are correct and that you believe in shifting. For those people who can't manifest, if it's against your religion or whatever, you can affirm them.


DAY 3: Motivate yourself

Confirm your beliefs to yourself. Read shifitng experiences, ask shifters what shifting felt like for them, etc. Think of your belief as a jar for informations. 


DAY 4: SHIFT

Like reya said "It's today, you gotta go today, you're not about to show up late, your not gonna go on a random day." Lock it down in your head, you will shift TODAY. You're gonna do everything and relate it to shifting, everything that happens in your day, it's because you're gonna shift. "Oh, my mom got mad at me today. it's because I'm shifting" or "I'm doing my makeup, because I'm gonna shift.". Everything that will happen on your 4th day, it's bringing you closer to shifting. Today is the DAY, you are going it will happen and you will shift. 


A tip by @aerida9586 : if you're on day 4 you can actually prep just like if you were going to the birthday party, like doing some skincare, haircare, looking in your closet for an outfit, just like if you were going to your DR with this body. You're not, ofc, but it's more like mental prep, make yourself feel pretty and confident, bc IT'S THE DAY, you want to look good and feel good in your skin ! If you manage, maybe this feeling will follow you in your DR and you will feel good and confident


Don't feel discouraged if the "shift" gets postponed, it's fine, it's very common. Many people that reprogrammed their mind, they shifted after a day, a week, a month after. So it's alright, it can take time. But it's also very common to shift on the fourth day.
