Before We Start

I started writing poetry at a young age. In elementary school, I often got in trouble for misbehaving. I would always get sent to the principal's office, where I used writing to cope with my anger. I found it peaceful to express my feelings through poetry, which is how this all began.

My poems will mention real-life issues, such as mental health, gun violence, abuse, etc. So, please read with caution if any of these subjects trigger you. I will also publish poems from personal experience! I would appreciate feedback, comments are read daily. Sharing is recommended to spread awareness toward these sensitive topics but is not required!
