Potter Mansion (After the visit of griffin)
The current inhabitants of Potter Mansion, namely Lily Potter, her husband James Potter, and Remus Lupin, could be seen sitting in the living room, while baby Lyra was sleeping peacefully in her crib. They were contemplating the events that had happened an hour ago. Yes, an hour had passed already, yet they all were unable to shake off the shock. It was especially hard for Lily, and why not?
As a muggle-born, she never had this knowledge that such power existed too. A part inside her, the scholar, know-it-all part, was angry at purebloods for keeping her out of the loop for so long. While the other part was happy because now she could hope to get away from the clutches of whoever put those potions on her.
As for James, he was happy, sad, angry, disgusted, afraid, and whatnot! The griffin was proof that his parents were alive and well and would soon come to visit him. And afraid because he knew he was in for some serious talks with his parents about responsibilities. And Remus was just happy, happy that the Potter elders, who always treated him like their own son, would be back soon.
And that's what happened. Everyone heard a loud pop from the floor room and then the happy chattering of house elves, as they welcomed the official Lord and Lady of Potter House. They both greeted the house elves warmly and asked them to prepare a light lunch for all of them. With that, the house elves went to do their work, and James got his voice back from the sudden shock.
"Mom, dad, you are back!!! How are you feeling now? Is your treatment over? You both are out of danger, right?" he bombarded them with questions, hugging Euphemia closely to himself, while she too hugged her son tightly, asking Lily and Remus to join the hug as well.
"Yes, James, we are fine now, our treatment is over, and we are out of danger. And don't worry, I am not leaving you, not until I make someone payback for all the trouble he has caused our family to go through." While both James and Remus felt relieved by her words, Lily's brain got stuck at one word, "He?"
"Yes Lily, 'he.' He will now know what the consequences are of messing with The House of Potter," Fleamont replied, with a smirk on his lips. "Okay now enough of talks, let us finish our lunch, we have to somewhere, Monty," while saying this, Euphemia ushered all of them to the small dining room.

"Where are you going, ma?" Remus asked her, calling her by the name he had given when he was 11 and visiting the Potters for the first time. "We are going to meet Harry and Sirius," Monty replied casually, causing the three to span their heads at him, while Euphemia or Mia signed tiredly. "Really Monty? Is this the way to break things?"
"Oh come on Mia, they would keep bugging us till we told them so why not."
"Ok wait. You mean to say not only you know that Sirius and Harry are together but also that where are they living?" Lily asked Monty. "Of course, Lily dear, we know they are together, we also know where they are living. Not only that, but we can also assure you that Harry is in good hands. He has many people who take care of him as their own." As soon as Lily heard that, she stormed to her and James's room.
The thought that someone else is taking care of HER SON is something she just cannot digest. She fell on the bed and started to cry, the current happenings taking their toll on her. How many dreams she has woven for her small family, she and James taking care of the twins along with Sirius and Remus, twins growing up in a loving environment and whatnot!
Here, after Lily ran upstairs, James too started getting up but Monty made him sit. "Listen, James, you both have to understand this. That one step of leaving Harry had many consequences and now you can't do anything."
"We have a plan, and we don't want you both to do something foolish which will eventually lead to our fall as well as we can even lose Harry and Sirius forever. Get one thing in your mind, Harry will live with Sirius till he and Lyra get their Hogwarts letter. Till then, you and Lily will make sure that Lyra is ready to take on her duties. We will help you in that along with Remus, right Remus?"
"Of course, Monty, I'm ready to do anything for my family."
"James?"
"Yes, I will talk with Lily about it."
"James, dear, we will have a long talk about it, and we will also tell you about our plan okay? Just till then handle Lily, okay? Here, take her and your plate with you. I and Monty will be leaving after lunch, and we will be back by tomorrow," Mia said to James, handing him his and Lily's plate. James went to his and Lily's room to make her eat something.
Here, after James went upstairs, Remus asked Monty, "Are they both okay, Monty? Sirius must be mad at all of us for doing that with Harry but trust us Monty we love Harry just as much as we love Lyra. We won't ever abandon one child for another."
Seeing Remus going hysterical, Mia stood up from her sit and went near his, giving him a motherly hug while Monty said, "Yes Remus, we all know it and don't worry, they both are alright. You can say Sirius is more than happy there." He said the last line smirking.
"Stop it, Monty, don't worry Remus, they both are alright, and you will get to meet both of them soon."
"Mia?"
"Yes Remus, we can't let James, Lily, and Lyra meet them but you can of course do that. We will make some arrangements just wait for some time." "Yes Mia, please I want to meet them as soon as possible."
"You will Remus, you will."
Black Cottage
After Sirius fed Harry, Alice and Rosalie took him and started to play. They all were sitting in the living room when they heard the crack of the apparition.
Sirius stood up immediately, keeping his wand in his hand, ready for attack, he opened the door of the cottage. And after seeing who it is, he ran like a baby to his parents. They were the ones who understood him more than his parents, the ones with whom he never felt alone, Monty and Mia!!!
