(Y/N)'s Perspective

Six months went by since Tommy, and I had confessed our true love for each other. We ended up moving far away, to a new city, and changed our names. We still referred to each other as Tommy, and (Y/N), though. However, it was only when we were alone. We did all that just in case the authorities went looking for Tommy, again. Tommy had grown out his hair, and it was now just past his shoulders. It looked quite nice on him. I was pretty much the same, though. This morning, I awoke to an empty spot next to me in our bed. Weird. I quickly got out of bed, and my breath hitched as I saw the display of petals before me. They lead from my side of the bed, out into the hall. I slowly walked out, and the petals went down the winding stairs, and into the living room. As I rounded the corner to walk into the living room, my heart raced as I saw Tommy in front of me. He wore a lovely, sky blue suit, and he had his hands behind his back.
"Tommy... What's all this?", I asked him, slowly approaching him.
He smiled happily, and then bent down on one knee as soon as I walked up to him. I smiled, and tears of happiness started to roll down my face. He presented to me a beautiful, gorgeous ring, and with a cheeky smile on his face, he asked me a question.
"Will you—how do you humans say—marry me?"
I immediately threw my arms around him, and he held me close.
"Yes! Absolutely!"
