(Y/N)'s Perspective

After I took my bath, I dried off, and put on my satin night gown that went down to about my mid-thigh. I admired myself in the mirror for a quick second, smiling at how cute I looked. I went downstairs, to see how Tommy was doing. The TV was still on, but to my surprise, he wasn't down there. My brows furrowed in confusion.
Weird, I thought.
"Tommy?", I called his name.
It dawned on me, and I realized he was probably upstairs in the guest bedroom. I sighed, and walked up the stairs. As I came close to the door, I swore I could hear some strange noises coming from behind the door. Carefully, I knocked.
"Hey, Tommy? Are you in there?"
"Y-yes."
His voice sounded very anxious, and panicky. I felt worried for him, but knew he probably just needed some time to himself.
"Tommy, are you okay?", I queried.
"Yes, I'm fine!", he snapped back in a very hostile tone.
My eyes widened, and I felt a bit hurt by the edge in his voice, but I decided not to take it personally.
"Oh- okay, Tommy. I'll leave you alone", I said, softly.
He didn't reply. With a longing sigh, I left, and went back downstairs. A midnight snack would help me feel better. I ended up making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and I left one for him outside the guest room door. I hoped he would take it, and have something to eat.

***

Over the next couple days Tommy stayed at my house, things were pretty alright. Living life like a human seemed to be getting easier for him, but he still kept his alien instincts, with some things. A strange thing I noticed was his selective mutism. Sometimes, he just wouldn't speak. At first, I thought he was upset with me, and I actually ended up crying, because I thought I did something. I assumed he just refused to tell me, giving me the silent treatment. When he realized my emotional distress, he immediately wanted to know what was wrong. When I explained it to him, he apologized profusely, and told me about how sometimes being mute was normal for him, especially when he started to feel comfortable in new places. It didn't happen too often after that happened. I guess he really did feel bad about making me cry. We spent the next week and a half together. He would sit by and listen to me play my guitar and sing, whenever I'd practice, with a smile always on his face. He never failed to let me know just how much he admired my talents.
"Your playing is the best playing I have ever heard", he once told me, with the softest gaze I had ever seen in one's eyes.
That immediately brought a rosy pink blush to my cheeks. He was surely charming, even if he didn't realize it. His charm was... Definitely my type. Soon, I realized there was another thing between us that had always been there. It wasn't awkwardness, but a similar feeling, only better. It was sexual tension. Every time we would sit on the couch to watch TV together, our legs or hands would lightly brush against each other, and it'd make me immediately heat up with the desire I had for him. The way those otherworldly eyes stared into mine stirred something inside me, too. There was something so sexy about being in the presence of a creature that could probably make the best love to me I'd ever experienced. Late at night, when we'd go off to our own separate bedrooms, I'd imagine long nights spent with Tommy. Soft gasps, cries of pleasure, groans, growls, love bites, hickies, and more filled my mind every single night before I slept. Sometimes they would even come in through my dreams. Living with Tommy was amazing. It had been so, so long since I had felt that kind of wanting, just-about-to-explode tension with anybody. I forgot how fun it was, and how much I missed it. The only thing keep me back was, well... I had no idea if Tommy felt the same towards me. He seemed like he truly cared for me, but I didn't know if he wanted what I wanted with him. I was too scared to ask, anyways. I would find out sooner, or later, though. Surely I would. I knew it.
