In the previous part, Raph reunited with Cuphead in the afterlife, only to find something wrong with him. He didn't speak ever since he first got into the afterlife. Raph and Karai are gonna find out who threatened Cuphead until....someone familiar walks into the room.
Raph: W-what....Chalice?!
Chalice: Hey, Raph. I guess you can die twice, huh? (chuckles)
Raph: H-how are you here?! What happened to you?
Chalice: Long story.....it's a short one, actually.....
Cuphead ran up to her.
Chalice: Oh! Hey, Cups! How are do-
Then, Cuphead hugs Chalice, who threw her hands up for sec and hugs her friend back.
Chalice: It's good to see you, Cups.
Cuphead stops hugging her after a few minutes and looks at her.
Chalice: I guess I can die twice, huh? (chuckles)
Cuphead gives her a concerned look.
Chalice: Cups? What's wrong?
Karai: He got threatened.....
Chalice: By who?
Karai: We don't know yet.....someone cut his throat and threatened him to never speak again.
Chalice: Who would do such a thing?! No one hurts my friend and gets away with it.....
Raph: I'm with ya, Chalice. So.....how are we gonna find who threatened him?
Chalice: Let's ask the spirits around town and see if they know something.
Raph: Good idea, Chalice. Let's get to it.
Karai: I'll stay with Cuphead. You two go on ahead.

With Chalice and Raph, both of them walked around town.
Chalice: Who should we ask first?
Raph: Hmm....how about that guy?
Chalice: He looks a little menacing.....
Raph: Yeah....he does, actually.
Chalice: But it's our only chance we got.
Both of them walked up to the person.
Raph: Hello?
The person turned around and Raph is shocked to see who it is.
Raph: You....
???: Hello, Rapheal.
Raph: Last time I saw you, you got freed from Shredder.
Chalice: Raph, you know this person?
Raph: Chalice, meet.....Oroku Saki.....the Shredder. Gran-Gran's father.
Chalice: Karai has a father?
Raph: Yeah.....
Oroku Saki: Hello? Who's this?
Chalice: Um....hi....I'm Chalice....
Saki looks at Raph.
Raph: It's okay, Saki. She's with me. We were just wondering if we can ask a few questions.
Oroku Saki: ?
Raph: My friend.....
Oroku Saki: Cuphead?
Raph: Yes....wait? You know who he is?
Oroku Saki: Yes. I saw him cross my path the other day and someone said that he died from being stabbed in the lung. Is that correct?
