"none maam, even his wounds were clean",

"doesnt explain the high TLC count",
she replied,

"Any history of fever? Drug history?", She asks and Eryn flinched,

"Uh maam actually I-",

"forgot to take it?", Eryn hung her head embarrassed and nodded,

"Its okay, he wouldn't have told you either way", Eryn was surprised over the fact that she wasnt being scolded,

"Ill ask Orochimaru to look at these reports", she further said emailing the Head of Pathology department,

"In your report you have mentioned a query about the auscultation, did you read the previous records?",

"Yes I did , he isnt dextro cardiac according to the records",

"And you are still challenging it, why?", Eryn's eyes widened and she defended herself immediately,

"No maam I am not challenging it, I am simply stating my own findings that could differ from others also I know I could be wrong-",

"Good you are dismissed", as soon as Tsunade told her that she took out her phone and dialled a number, the phone was busy for a while but as soon as the other end picked it up she started yelling scaring the hell out of Eryn,

"Hatake Kakashi, did you took the meds that I prescribed you??",

'did she just..yelled ..at the hokage??'
Eryn stared at her dumbfounded

"Lady Tsunade, what have I done this time for you to be yelling at me?", Says Kakashi from the other end,

"You know very well what you did, you didnt took the antibiotics didnt you!??", She yelled again and was met with silence, there was some disturbance on the other end but Tsunade still patiently waited for his reply,

"I am a little busy-",

"Cut the crap and dont give me this 'i am busy with hokage work shit'".

Kakashi dodged the wind attack that was aimed for him, he dodged another bullet and held the enemy's hand cracking it, he kicked the one attacking him earlier and punched the one he was holding in gut making him puke blood,

"I am in the middle of a fight!", He yelled over his bluetooth earpiece and dodged another bullet,

He disappeared immediately appearing behind the one shooting him killing him with Chidori in one go and throwing one out of the building breaking glass wall in process,

"Oops, sorry", he apologized to the shattered glass lying on the floor,

"Get your high ass here to me ,right now!!", Tsunade yelled and he sighed,

"Fine, I'll be bringing company", he says shooting one of the villian with his own gun,

Shooting sound resonated through the cell phone earning a sigh from Tsunade,

"You might need few more doctors since casualty count is high", he says smirking,

"How many?", As soon as she asked Kakashi started to count the lying men including the one he threw out,

"7", he stated,

While he was busy talking a gun was being pointed at him from the shadows, "target achieved", the villian  fired the bullet aimed for Kakashi's head but with in few seconds Kakashi did not only dodged it but held him against the wall by his throat,

"H..how..?", He says coughing and choking while Kakashi smirked glaring at him with his left red eye,

"Surprise", he says knocking him off and holding his arm which was bleeding, the bullet had pierced his skin while he was dodging it, a second late and it could have gotten into his skull, he chuckled

"8 actually",

he says taking the Bluetooth off him.

"Eryn, call the emergency department and tell them to be prepared for 8-10 casualties, and I want you to be prepared too, He might need patch up", Tsunade ordered her and she nodded,

"Yes maam", she left to inform the department worrying as Tsunade looked serious, this is Hokage we are talking about after all.

TLC count: total leukocyte count mostly raised in cases of infections,

Hematocrit: determines the thickness of blood

Dextro Cardia: having heart over right side,
