Chapter 38 - It's All Coming Out Part 2

Ali's POV

After I pulled up to my house, I dashed in, leaving Danny behind.

"Mom?" I yelled looking frantically.

"I'm in the living room." She calls back.

I turned the left into the living room to see, Jess, Kyle, and my mom. Then I look the left and Ken's standing by the mantle looking at family photos. I took a breath of relief.

"Is everything okay?" Danny says from behind.

"No it's not, actual it has something to do with Andrew." Ken begins.

"What's up with dad?" I ask curiously.

"HE'S CHEATING ON ME!" My mom exclaims.

"Wha-what?" Jess asks confused.

"Ken how could you possibly know that dad-" Ken cut me off.

"If you don't I started working at a five start restaurant and I saw him come in with a special someone." Ken says smoothly.

"What if they were on a buisness date or something?" Kyle chimes in.

"Well I was waiting their table and I saw them together. Andrew brought me aside so we can 'talk'. He basically said that he really loves this new guy and shit. But he also loves you." Ken explains.

"What do you mean 'new guy'? He's with a man now?!" Danny exclaims which makes my cry harder. I go by her side and comfort. A part doesn't want to believe Ken, but my dad has been acting shady.

Ken opens his mouth to say something, but right then the door opens.

"I'm home!" My dad says. Here we begin.

As soon as my Mom lay eyes on my Dad she starting running to him like a mad women.

"Don't come in this house acting as if your not guilty!" She starts to yell in his face but then Kyle grabs her from behind before she can get physical.

He just stands there star struck and I'm here trying to process everything.

"Dad can you take a seat we need to talk about things." Jess says calmly I know she trying not to get mad and put stress on the baby.

He takes a deep breath and sits across from all of us. I've notice he's been acting more weird than usual and him and my mom haven't been connecting much but I didn't think this was the reason.

"You have a lot of explaining to do." Jess says sternly "And we don't want to hear bullshit." She cursed.

"I understand you are angry Jess, but that's is no way to talk to me." He responds.

Did he really just say that?

"Angry? We're freaking way past angry, this is no way to tell us your cheating." I shouted at him. That made me really mad "Matter a fact you didn't even tell us we had to find out by Ken."

Danny grips my hand. Now he was speechless.

"Now explain." Jess continues.

"I-I don't know how to explain this." He said

"Find a way to explain! You managed to tell Kendrick right?" My mom cries.

"Clara I love you and the children but I am in love with a guy named Sean. He makes me feel happy." He explains in an un-easy tone.

Hearing it from his own mouth hit me really hard I can't imagine how my mom feels. I can't believe this! He's gay! No he can't!

"I don't know what I did wrong." She mumbles still in tears getting up. "All I did was love you and you repay me like this!"

Jess and I follow her to comfort her.

"Look what you did Dad.. are you happy?" I said.

"I'm sorry."
