the council was trying to decide what to do about galbatorix, they wanted to take the eldunari, to restore their bodies as the did with the eldunari from the vault of souls, but the problem was two fold, they didn't want to get involved in the conflict between the varden and galbatorix, but they also couldn't find a way of getting to the eldunari they were too heavily guarded in the end it came down to their king to make a decision, the alagaesian dragons on the council had all voted to help the varden i sighed

"i believe we should as well if only to get our elven cousins to return to their homes" lyriel said agreeing with umaroth and his kin, she could foresee this doing many wonderous things it gave more dragons to the kingdom which always a plus considering the other three great nations
