Third Person POV

"What?" he asked again. Poseidon barreled toward him and gave him a hug so hard it looked like he couldn't breathe. Just then the air shimmered in front of him and showed an Iris message. It was Annabeth! She said "Percy I know you're looking for me but you should stop. I fell in love with someone else. He is so hot. Way cuter than you."
How could she say that, he had already lost my family now he lost her. A tear rolled down his cheek.
The gods looked at him pityingly. They then turned to Athena in disgust. "Your brat did this, the last person he cared for." Hera growled. Yeah believe it or not Hera was really nice.
Athena at least had the decency to look ashamed. "I-i k-know", she said disgust evident in her voice. Then she did something nobody expected, she disowned Annabeth. Everyone gasped. Then a voice piped up,"No p-please don't."
Everyone looked at Percy. "What?" They asked simultaneously as well as incredulous. I said no, he responded. "Why?" Athena asked. Just because she was mean doesn't mean she deserves to be punished.

Athena's POV

I was shocked to say the least when Percy told me not to disown my ugh I hate to say it my * shudder* daughter. I was dumbfounded why I asked. He said because she doesn't deserve it. After she betrayed him! He was always so nice.
Even though I don't show it, I thought of him as a son. I was so upset when I saw him bleeding out. Then to find out that my daughter betrayed him. I just couldn't fathom.
But here he was being so nice. He even gained Artemis' trust, which is hard for a man. Ok I said.
He said,"well, nice seeing you guys." What we all exclaimed. He said,"I said bye."
Poseidon blurted,"No you can't, where will you go."
"Well..."
