i took a deep breathe and followed closely behind yeji through the messy street

sigh

i smiled back as she continued briefing me around, talking about how interesting and fun it would be for me moving in the dorms, and i agreed

but i couldn t focus on anything other than my family

was this the right thing to do? for me, honestly it seemed like a form of therapy, it seriously sounded calming and relaxing, but i had priorities before pleasures, i couldn t just piss off and let my sister handle all the mess at home alone..

but at the same time i've been taking care of something so exhausting which didn t even represent my business for such a long time that i came to the realisation that its time for me to put myself on the first place.

,,you know what..'' i cleared my throat ,,ill move with you'' and with that yeji walked up to me wrapping her hands around my waist.

i pulled away suddenly as her hands were still slightly wrapped around my waist and stared at her right in the eyes

,,are we about to kiss?'' yeji added her voice dripping playfully

i gave a mere shrug with a smirk giggling at the funny situation that we found ourselves in, again

both laughing openly

for a second i felt like i could actually let myself have fun and enjoy the atmosphere that someone created before a familiar annoying voice intruded from behind us

,,in public?'' he paused to please the awkwardly scene that all three of us found ourselves in

i turned my head to the side finally facing Minhos annoying gaze, my hand itched to slap the unbothered boy upon seeing it with the most blank stare.

yeji firmly shook her head and after a lengthy explanation of excitement she walked over to Minho whose head was slightly tilted to the side

Minho's brows twisted together ,,looks a little intense to me'' he shrugged, intentionally teasing

initially, he wanted to get some shut eye and walk away but his eyes somehow wondered to me.

,,what do you want Minho?'' i called loudly

after turning my head to every direction trying my best to avoid Minho, our eyes meet, and he did not look away, he was not even trying to hide the fact that he was so openly staring so the only result was me getting even more mad.

minho raised both his shoulders, and, to no surprise said nothing but continuously watched me, with his hands in his pockets

,,Seriously, Minho?'' yeji deadpanned, but continued onto smiling awkwardly

,,is this what i get for trying to socialise?'' minho gestured with his chin pointing at Yeji, shooting her an unimpressed look.

his question was answered as soon as yeji walked over to him, grabbing him by his arm, whispering something, her expressions screamed awkwardness and slightly embarrassment

i noticed yeji commonly shooting me sudden looks while continuously dramatically gesturing something with her hands

i resisted the urge to say another word, sensing how ignorant he looked. taking deep breathes for the mean time

despising the fact that yeji was trying her best to make Minho pay the slightest bit of attention his eyes were still obviously glued to my direction

the boy suddenly spins around and proceeds to walk away.

yeji grit her teeth in annoyence, stopping Minho from walking away by holding onto his jacket

,,Ya, Minho, i swear to god if u don t-''

,,are you forcing me?'' Minho inquired blankly in a lazy manner before turning his head to the side

i kept my gaze to the front, growing more annoyed at the fact that this boy made himself look so unbothered openly.

Yeji slightly hit Minhos shoulder, her face curling in annoyance ,,yes, i am forcing you''

,,isn't forcing someone to do something they don't wanna do a crime?..'' Minho wondered out loud, still making sure that he kept the most uninterested tone. ,,do you wanna go to jail, Yeji'' he added his voice dripping with arrogance

for the nth time this day, our eyes meet, he stood there, emotionless

my anger towards minho grew larger every second spent around him, i knew we weren t friends but considering the fact that he was Yejis friend he could at least try to make himself seem a bit more likeable.

Minho was put back to reality when Yeji shook him harshly ,,Minho, quit playing around, its common sense'' yeji glared at him which didn't seem to happen a lot...interesting, i could never

,,do it'' she demanded furiously

,,sorry'' Minho said blankly looking at me, deciding to finally give up and follow yejis demandings

and i was seriously caught off guard, somewhat wondering if he was talking to me judging by the fact that he looked at me while apologising, but him staring was something way more common than him apologising so i was genuinely confused

i decided to ignore him and approached Yeji, he obviously did not care, i couldn t help but hate how he seemed to do everything in an impassive manner.

he waited patiently as i made my way up towards his friend and pulled her to the side causing her to let go of Minho and fix her position

Minho's indifference irked me but i was already used to it so i  just dropped it and decided to get over the incident, but when it came to Yeji things seemed to be different, she did not tolerate his behaviour in this type of situations.

,,Is that it?'' yeji shouted, once again, visibly in distress at her friends candidness.

,,what?''Minho who had been silent spoke up ,,i apologised, didn't i...?''

Yeji widened her eyes at him, irritation evident in her look ,,Im so sorry for him. I don't know whats his problem'' mostly expecting at least a smile but to her dismay and embarrassment, i completly ignored her words

so sensing that i wasn't much of a talker whenever my mood swinged, she remained silent.

after witnessing Yejis and Minhos frustrating interaction, i immediately walked towards the car that he was leaning on ,,Just stay out of my business'' i said lowly before walking away, loosing myself into the swarm and throng street leaving both of them behind without minding to say goodbye

Minho found it absurd that i was the one telling him to stay out of my business while Yeji litterally spent half of her day defending and getting her butt into my bussines, and suddenly came to the conclusion that i either formed a hate relationship towards all men, or i was simply just in love with Yeji.

,,was that really necessary?'' yeji asked incredulously, crossing her arms over her chest

Minho shook his head, pushing himself off the car frame ,,rude'' he deadpanned, shooting yeji an aimble look ,,are you mad?''

,,just peachy'' yeji added leaning her head onto Minho's shoulder
