chapter 1

on one cursed day two children were born to the vamalia household .children who held the ability to end mankind at the grasp of their hands . they werent normal children for they were vampires the cruel devil spawn for in their home they were angels . dame elina arose from her chair as she announced the birth to the elders who each congratulated her yet stayed curious for what the children would inherit from their birth power . and that was the power of love .

as magnus stood in his hut the icy weather bit at him snow was heard crunching outside when suddenly the old woman stand infront of him . " magnus the vamalia twins they are destined to be great vampires however the older one hera  we must keep her here her powers are different unique . either she could be a danger or a success . " 

as the words left her mouth magnus stood taking in every word before nodding and walking away to give elena the news . elina heartbroken as she was to lose her grandchild she obeyed and handed the child over . 

years later --

the years went by and she went from baby to child to woman . the noaidi had become like a mother to her teaching her to enhance her powers yet reign them in and thats what she did . ocassionally she would have a slip up but what person doesnt for all she was huma.... vampire her emotions would course through her body freeing the inner parasite within her which begged for freedom . unlike other vmpires she had a heart this was her secret that was not to be uttered yet alone thought of . it scared those around her who knew

hera pov

2 months had passed since the noaidi had died however i learnt everything from the relic women of our town . her spirit always felt around for i knew she was watching . i gathered my belongings and headed to the shore for my swim when i heard loud running through the snow coming towards me . 

"hera " said magnus as i turned around scared out of my mind thinking i was in trouble . 

"as you know the clans are at the elizabetha however one of the children has been poisoned we need to you to help the relic women said they cant ". a urge clawed at me as i followed him without saying a word . 

as we entered i saw a girl near to the same age as me . the strange thing was she looked alot like me . odd. i sat down behind her and layed her head on my lap . i looked through her mind yet all i saw was mist .

i saw a vine in her mind which i climbed to see the same girl hunched over frightnede in the corner . i began chanting as the girl slowly moved . o seniores audite me animam hanc salvam et matrem omnium o sapientum audi me et adiuva me (oh ancients hear me save this soul and embrace the mother of all oh wise one hear me and help me) . 

a few seconds passed as i looked up worried faces surrounding me wondering what was happening the girl underneath began waking up as she leapt foward looking around before being engulfed in a hug by a blonde boy who sat near . "alisa never ever scare me like that again "he said looking at her with a grin , before they both looked to me and said thank you and all i could simply was say was its ok .

i wasnt shy it was his eyes like the ocean they pulled me in , in ways i was not expecting . i stood up and walked over to magnus before bidding farewell. 

as i walked out i could conversation start the first thing "magnus who was she ". 

lars pov ---

i stared at the girl who saved alisa a look of mischief on her face yet she looked so shy . i needed to know her . her green eyes them stupid emerald eyes . 

 " she is the noaidis kin she was taught by her however is a vampire all i can say is dont get on the wrong side of her for she is dangerous  yet lovely. "

i looked at alisa as she swayed her hips and batted her eyes as nicu . i had the feeling they loved each other i just needed a excuse to break up with her and now i has found one . 

as i walked to the deck i heard the waves lapping against the boat and there were them green eyes swimming in the water . she peacefully floated unaware of my presence as she dived in further then before . 

hera POV 

i floated around in the water as i felt eyes on me .him. i didnt know his name and didnt think i would learn it any time soon so his nickname for now was blondy . 

"blondy you do know i can see you are you going to stand there or get in ".

i neede not to say anything as i saw him rip off his clothes and strip to his shorts as he jumped in swimming towards me with his eyes full of lust . 

"im lars and you are "?he said confidently 

"hera are you of dracas "? 

" how'd you know "

" the confidence , the lust , the ego and main the blond hair " i said laughing at his face contorting as he understood what i said .without giving him a chance i sawm away putting my clothes on and walking away "bye lars see you soon "
