Kai: I'm Not The Only One

Author's POV

"Are you all set dear?" you asked your husband Kai. You helped him with his necktie cause he was having a little bit of trouble putting it.

"I'm okay now." He said and you smiled at him. You kissed him at his lips and went to get his case. He sighed a little as he looked at the big mirror in your room.

You gave him his case and watched him go away with his car. You waved and smiled but it soon faded and changed into frown.

You stood there with an elegant dress. Your hair was curled perfectly. You were living in such a royalty life. Kai gives you everything. Nice clothes, delicious foods, elegant jewelry but those were all nothing you.

What you wanted was your husband. He might be your husband but you couldn't feel him at all.

You know that Kai isn't going to work. You know where he was about to go. You went to the pool inside your house. You sat there like a pitiful beggar. You cried because you can picture on what Kai was doing now. You stared at the pool while your tears were continuously flowing. You couldn't think right but the picture when you found out about Kai and his mistress made you bawling.

Your mascara got smudged. You bit your lip and it bled. You scrunched in your dress and it ripped. You threw your shoes in the pool and cried out loud.

You took your car keys and started to drive.

You reached a Bar and went to drink. You sat at a very lonesome table and ordered for a wine.

You looked far away and you saw a familiar figure. It was Kai and she was with the same girl. They were sitting at the counter drinking some tequilas. They were kissing from time to time. You hold on to your glass as you looked at them. You know your gonna break the glass so you refrained from holding it. You drank from the bottle of wine and placed your payment. You can't take looking at them. You left the bar and went to the nearest convenience store. You grabbed some wines and placed it at the counter. While waiting for it you can't help but mess the foods on the rack. You were so depressed.

"Ma'am stop" the cashier told you but you can't help it anymore. It hurts you. You cried and stopped after all the foods have gone mess up on the floor.

You grabbed your wines and left a big amount of money. You went back home and started crying again.

Kai decided to went home because it was already 9PM. He was listening to the radio as he drove.

"A lady made a scene in a convenience store awhile ago. After buying lots of wines, she messed up the place while crying. It looks like she was broken hearted from the way she acted.." Kai stopped the radio because he doesn't want to hear about the news further. He doesn't know but he somehow felt burdened about it.

He was near your house and as he went out of his car you were standing there. You were standing at the front door waiting for him. You looked beautiful as always.

He approached you and hugged you. He kissed you at your neck and you gasped a little. He somehow thinks that you're crazy cause you don't even know what he was doing.

"Baby.." he called as he faced you.

"I know." You said. "I'm not the only one." You whispered the continuation in his ear.

He looked at you and you looked at him. Whatever happens you still love him. You still love Kai and that would never change. No matter how many times he hurts you.
