Hi guys sorry if this chapter is posted really late. School is killing me, especially my math teacher. Ngl i didn't expect people to read this. I'm just doing this for fun anyway Chapter 3.
3rd pov
The sounds of birds woke Y/N, as well as the loud screams of children playing in the shallow water. Getting on her outfit she left the hut chewing on a fish for breakfast, a spear in hand.
Tsireya walked up to Y/N, looking formal as always, Y/N sometimes wished she could walk so calmly on sand. "Hi Y/N. I was hoping you could help teach the Sully kids today?" Y/N's face cringed slightly.
"Why me?" "Because you're the best teacher for Ilus." "Fine." Tsireya'a face instantly brightened. "Plus~ you'll get time with Aonung and Neteyam." Y/N looked at her confused.
"Why do you mean?" "I've seen those two look at you. They got them heart eyes for my Y/N." "Ugh, we are not talking about it." "Fine your choice." We both head to the far beach, Aonung, Roxto and the Sullys waiting for us.
"Took you two long enough. We might begin right away." Aonung motions is all to follow him, calling the Ilu.
The Ilus arrived swimming around us in excitement. "I will teach Lo'ak, Y/N will teach Neteyam, Aonung you will teach Kiri and you Roxto will teach Tuk."
Nodding her head Y/N motioned for Neteyam to follow her away from the others. "Unlike your Ikran, Ilu can have more than one rider. This is Pearl, she is an easier Ilu to master." She patted the Ilu's back before motioning Neteyam to mount it.
"Make the bond." Neteyam grabbed his queue before attaching it to the Ilu's link. "Now start slow, or else you'll fall off." The Ilu started to move before speeding off, Neteyam loosing his grip fell off the Ilu.
As Neteyam returned to the shallow water Y/N's snickers could slightly be heard as she tried to cover it with her hand. "Don't laugh it was my first try."
"I know. But your face was priceless. Now try again." Neteyam once again mounted the Ilu, this time going slower before once again falling off.
The cycle continued until the sun almost set, the family had gotten better with Neteyam being able to stay on the Ilu long enough in case of danger.
The day ended with the Sullys being able to ride Ilu's, with Y/N and Neteyam becoming much closer.
This is a shorter chapter than normal. Posting daily won't normally be the norm. I just have the motivation and time.
